Birchtown is a full service event venue providing the most unique and detailed experiences in and around Forest City, Pennsylvania. Available year-round in our climate controlled indoor space. We provide full venue staff. Fully licensed onsite restaurant and catering services. In addition to setting up and cleaning the venue. We coordinate your guests, vendors, and bridal party. The bar is fully prepped with all needs, menu displays - and more! We work with the couples to build the wedding they’ve envisioned. We have a large variety of decorations that couples can choose from, or supply their own. From signs, centerpieces, floral swag, etc. in all different colors and designs, we help to keep the additional decor cost low or even at no cost to our couples. Since 2006, Friedman Farms has been the original barn wedding venue in Northeast Pennsylvania and has witnessed hundreds of “I Do’s.” We are located approximately 15 minutes from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. We are centrally located 2 hours between Philadelphia and New York City. Our historic barn has been preserved to maintain its original rustic beauty, but updated with elegant crystal chandeliers, climate control, restrooms, bar, bridal suite and more. We can accommodate up to 200 guests. Provided in your rental are Chiavari chairs, tables (banquet or farm), dance floor, ceremony chairs and sound system. Choose from 3 outdoor ceremony sites.

The Beaumont Inn and restaurant sits on 50 acres in front of a beautiful mountain “beau-mont(agne).” The Beaumont Inn was built in 1948 by Peter Masonis, purchased by the Vaskas brothers in 1957, and sold to the Harkins family in 1988. In 2013, Robert Friedman purchased the Inn from the Harkins Family and remains the current owner today where he has completely renovated the inside and outdoor grounds. The Beaumont Inn has a long history of excellent customer service and is a haven for the most discerning foodies.
