The LODGE is our latest addition, which includes 14 studio hotel rooms and 16 suites. All spacious suites are equipped with kitchens and have the ability to adjoin to a studio for families or larger parties. Half of the suites are western views with balconies. All rooms are equipped with espresso machines, fine linens, and heated floors in bathrooms. The lodge has a top floor banquet hall featuring breathtaking sunset views of the Allegheny Mountains. The Lodge is located right next to the Corduroy Inn and across the street from the iconic Western Territory

The Piney Branch Golf Club is an award-winning wedding venue in Upperco, Maryland. Piney Branch offers a classic venue option for couples who want an elegant indoor vibe with picturesque views outside. Draped curtains and gold chiavari chairs provide a regal touch to the ballroom while twinkling bistro lights illuminate the outdoor covered pavilion. Couples may host up to 250 wedding guests within Piney Branch’s ballroom event space. The covered pavilion is perfect for cocktail hours, ceremonies and seated events for under 75 guests.
