Construction on Mistletoe Bough began in 1890 but wasn't completed until 1895. The town banker had the vision to build the grandest home in Alexander City. Raising four boys and one girl, Ruben Herzfeld and his wife Julia built Mistletoe Bough with the perfect combination of elegance and comfort. From the moment you walk in the door, you’ll feel the special Mistletoe Bough hospitality. Our super-soft linens, southern-style breakfast and classic Victorian Design are only part of the story. Mistletoe Bough is proud to offer a fully comprehensive wedding experience. What separates us from the competition is the inclusions of our package. Azalea Cove Waterside is located on Lake Martin in Alexander City, Alabama. We have great indoor spaces that can comfortably seat more than 60 for an after-rehearsal dinner and the main building can handle about 100. Outside are several covered pavilions, all with great views of the water and surrounding gardens and forest. There is plenty of room in a covered pavilion and around the swimming pools for a reception for about 300. We include tables & chairs but couples can choose their own caterer, florist, photographer, bartender, etc. for maximum flexibility though our on site wedding designer can assist and handle rentals if desired. Situated in Eclectic, AL, Marsgate is an elegant mansion wedding venue. Near Montgomery, Auburn, and Birmingham, it is run by the Marr family, who is dedicated to making a couple’s wedding vision a memorable reality. Their goal is to ensure a seamless experience throughout the planning process and the event itself. The Marr family bought Marsgate in 2010 and since then it has been the site of many unforgettable get-togethers with loved ones. The Marrs' dream was to create an event venue that offered a luxurious and convenient venue complemented by amiable hospitality. Inside the mansion, couples and their guests will encounter classic architectural details accented by numerous amenities and stylish furniture. With 12 fireplaces, 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, lofty ceilings, and more, the mansion's sense of grandeur can be felt from the moment of arrival. Marsgate is located on a property spanning more than 70 acres with 20,000 square feet of space for weddings.

Belle Farm features over 40 acres with an outdoor ceremony space and a *temperature controlled* reception venue accommodating up to 250 guests. From the flagstone bridge crossing the pond to the historical dinner bell, the charm of this property is what makes Belle Farm an idyllic, quaint and unforgettable wedding destination.

The Eclectic Woodlands is our lovely outdoor wedding and event amphitheater at the edge of town, a horse-and-carriage ride away from our Main Street facility. For over 90 years, The Warehouse has been at the center of Eclectic life. Built in 1928 for Lee Hornsby, the property has been in the family since the 1880s. It held commercial activity for cotton merchandising, lumber and hardware for 3 generations. In 1996, Aubrey Hornsby repurposed it as a social/cultural center. Its massive timbers, red brick walls, old-south charm, natural architectural comfort and grassy lawns inspire down-home livability. It has hosted The Alabama Cotton Festival, church/school events, concerts, theater, receptions and parties. Corporations have used it for photo shoots and as a sound stage. We have held over 600 events including 350 weddings. Upholding the historical structure, improvements have been made to ensure comfort and ease.

Windwood offers a unique setting with an old-world-inspired atmosphere perfect for your wedding. It is reminiscent of an old-English Estate with the barn nestled in the valley. Soirée Event Gallery is a modern wedding venue located in Birmingham, Alabama. The venue offers a versatile and luxurious ambiance with its classic ballrooms that can make each couple’s wedding day special. Soirée can accommodate up to 550 guests, with its two indoor event spaces: the Grand Ballroom, which features artworks by local artists, a marble entrance, crystal chandeliers, and ebony hardwood floors; and the Royal Ballroom, with polished walls and recessed lighting, great for a classic event space. Soirée hosts wedding events such as ceremonies, receptions, bridal showers, engagement parties, and rehearsal dinners. Couples can choose from a list of preferred caterers, and Soirée offers bartenders who can serve at an open, capped or cash bar, with house beer, wine, and liquor options, or specialty/premium options available upon request.

Named after the favorite family horse, Shadow, this property was originally a horse ranch nestled in the heart of Moody, Alabama.
