Caketini Bar. Co by Jayna & Joey offers a unique, fun, one of a kind cake experience for you and your guests. You choose 4 cake flavors, fillings, frostings, and toppings. We create a custom menu to place on the cake bar that we bring to your event. Each guest then comes up and tells us their favorite combination, we make it and serve it to them in a cute martini glass and off they go to enjoy their very own Caketini Creation. However we do offer a 2 tier cake for the traditional cutting and photos in addition to our Caketini Bar. Let your guests choose the cake they love! Not what's chosen for them!

Sweets by Jazz LLC was inspired by a popular cake-baking show that sparked my passion for cake artistry. I challenged myself to recreate a cake, and from that moment, my journey began. As a self-taught cake artist, I faced trial and error, but every mistake became a lesson. Cake decorating has no strict rules—each artist develops their own techniques, and I’ve done the same. I’m grateful for my business’s growth and excited for what’s ahead. Hello, I'm Jackie! I have loved baking and pastry my whole life! I grew up spending hours in my play kitchen dreaming of a life creating actual food for others. After 12 years in the industry, graduating from The Culinary Institute of America, and competing (and winning!) Sugar Rush on Netflix I finally decided to create Pink Petunia Baking Co. and share my passion with others! Nothing makes me happier than creating desserts for special events (or even just a regular Wednesday!) and celebrating every moment with others through sugar. We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

Sugar and Bake relocated to the DFW area in 2019 and officially opened the bakery there in 2020 after the Covid epidemic restrictions allowed. The head baker and owner learned the craft of sugar arts from professional chefs, top sugar artists, and many courses from around the world.
