Love Knot Photography

Hi, I’m Isaac. In my world, light is everything. The cool ambient hues at dawn, hinting at what the day may bring. Golden sun rays catching particles through a tree as friends gathers to celebrate. A Cotton candy sunset peppered by patio string-lights as a DJ plays my favorite song. We all have timeless memories logged in our minds. For me, they are based in a language of light. As a wedding photographer, this deep connection to special lighting helps me produce dynamic visual stories of romance, personality and beauty.

Awarded Best of Zola
Isaac did a wonderful job photographing our backyard wedding. He did a brilliant job capturing my visions as well as brought ideas of his own. We are very grateful we were able to book Isaac for our wedding, he truly immortalized the day and we have so many beautiful photos to reflect on for the rest of our lives.

Adam Griffin Photo

I’m Adam—a Boston native who’s now roaming around California photographing everything I see. When I’m not behind the camera you can usually find me in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, sipping a dirty martini with friends, jamming to Taylor Swift in the car, or taking my rescue pup Ollie to the park or on long neighborhood walks. I got my first film camera when I was 8, and it was love at first sight. Capturing your story is more than just a job for me. From destination elopements to parties of the century, I've seen it all and love every minute of a wedding day.

Awarded Best of Zola
My husband and I were beyond lucky to have Adam as our wedding photographer this past September. Not only did he give us the gift of the most beautiful photos I've ever seen, but he was also such a joy to be around. He makes you feel comfortable during the whole experience and even played me a Taylor Swift themed playlist during our engagement photos!! What more could I ask for!! I will forever recommend Adam to everyone I know. He's truly is the best out there!

Lulan Studio

  • Offer

Lulan’s creativity has led to his path beyond most conventional definitions. He has won 25+ wedding photography awards, named the Best Wedding Photographer in Los Angeles; while acquired advance degree in immunology and medicine from UCLA.

Awarded Best of Zola
We found Lulan Studios about nine months before our wedding day. We were immediately drawn in by their professionalism and their reputation. Lulan is an inclusive photographer who was very receptive to our wedding vision. He and his team were incredibly kind, supportive, and helpful all throughout the process. We elected to go with Lulan Wang himself for our photographer who worked with an associate. After our initial consultation we were turned over to Shannon who was our go to contact for day to day clarifications and vendor contact until Lulan took over just before the wedding. Shannon was immensely resourceful and responsive. She communicated with our coordinator very efficiently and was always on top of our booking. We are very grateful to her as well for making the process so easy and for continuing that communication after the fact. On the day, Lulan and his associate were spectacular. It was clear his associate had more than enough talent for the job just like Lulan, but they divided and concurred by using two different types of cameras for different types of shots. We regret not doing an engagement session with them, but we will likely return for an Anniversary session in the future. We didn’t even need one though, because he is skilled enough that he understood us as a couple immediately. They made us feel comfortable and confident. They hyped us up and moved through the shot list masterfully. Nothing was missed and we captured far more than we expected. Please look through our attached photos as they speak for themselves. One of the most exciting moments was when Lulan handed us a little blue book filled with about fifteen physically printed preview photos DURING THE RECEPTION. A lovely surprise that absolutely shocked me. Turnover was 4-6 weeks and we got ours just before the six week mark right on schedule. We were floored. They are jaw-dropping. We ultimately got 950 photos permanently digitally available for high resolution download and access to a shop with impressive options for prints and albums of a wide array of types and sizes. I’m thrilled to show them to you here and implore you to consider booking Lulan Studios. We trusted in their ability from the beginning and we were not disappointed. They are among if not the absolute best in the business.

Stephen Tang Photo

5.0

  • Editorial style
  • Starts at $4,100
  • Serves Veterans Administration, CA

While some photographers emphasize their gear or trendy post-processing, I take pride in subject-photographer interaction - the relation I build with clients, picking up on nuances in pose and expression while we shoot, anticipating the viewers' response - because ultimately, that's how photographs that matter to us are created. I'm a native New Yorker who found myself relocating to Los Angeles and making it my home. Wherever you'd like to have your wedding, it would be my pleasure to be your photographer.

Awarded Best of Zola
Stephen was a delight to work with throughout our engagement and on the day of our wedding. He is a calm, cool, and professional photographer who was always supportive of our ideas and able to lend fantastic input regarding posing, setting, and album design. Stephen always had incredible and talented assistants who were able to find tremendous shots at both our engagement and wedding shoots. The quality and style of his work were exactly what we were looking for -- more candid and 'in-the-moment' than posed and portrait-y (though we certainly got plenty of family portraits too!) We would be very happy to work with Stephen again for any future photography needs.

Wanderlust Creatives

Wanderlust Creatives is the brainchild of Jei and Gaile, born and raised in the Philippines, currently living in Los Angeles and traveling around the world. We met in choir, found a common love for art and photography, fell in love, and the rest is history. We've been photographing professionally since 2014. We love capturing moments, from intimate elopements to big wedding celebrations! Our approach is a good mix of documentary-style photojournalism and editorial work. We are very much inspired by contemporary art, pop culture, fashion, the 90s (the decade of our youth), and travel - one will find that all these influence our aesthetic.

We were thrilled to have Wanderlust Creatives as our wedding photographers. From the very first conversation, they were friendly, prompt, and easy-going, which put us at ease throughout the entire process. The quality of their work is incredible - the photos they took are absolutely beautiful and so nostalgic, perfectly capturing all the special moments of our wedding day. They really listened to what we wanted and exceeded our expectations, delivering photos that our friends and family have been raving about. In fact, we loved the photos so much that we ended up ordering numerous prints to share with our loved ones.

She mixes editorial and documentary styles to not only give you beautiful portraits and captured memories but artistic images to hang in your home. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in photography her approach is artistic, purposeful and technically skillful.

Awarded Best of Zola
Hanna is truly exceptional! We could not have asked for a better person to capture our wedding day. When my now-husband and I first started searching for wedding photographers, we were drawn to Hanna for her immensely beautiful and versatile portfolio. We spoke over Zoom and felt immediately comfortable with her — she has such a calming presence, made us feel like we had been friends forever, and assured us that she would help our vision come to life. We didn’t have much photography knowledge — we knew we wanted to take some shots in a nature setting like a park, and that we wanted someone who could capture color, as our venue had a specific aesthetic with green and blue walls. Hanna provided the most wonderful guidance for our photos and our day — she scouted many locations around our venue for our wedding portraits, taking into account the proximity and the nature setting we wanted. When we picked one, Hanna went to the spot the week before at the exact time we’d be there, so she would know the specific lighting and locations that would best fit. She also, months in advance, made a timeline for us to help guide the day and ensure that we had a schedule to keep everything on track. This was SO helpful and made the day so much smoother. On the day of our wedding, Hanna couldn’t have been more magnificent. She made us feel so at ease, which was paramount on a day that had so many heightened emotions. We aren’t used to working with professional photographers and were initially nervous that we would feel awkward, but Hanna truly made us feel so calm, comfortable, and joyous. She made the entire experience SO fun, and multiple of our wedding guests commented on how kind she was to them. Now the photos…the PHOTOS. Within a week of our wedding Hanna sent us our sneak peeks — about 160 of them, which is far beyond what we expected. They are stunning. Truly, stunning. She has sent us a gorgeous mix of color, black and white, and film. Our wedding day felt like such a whirlwind and Hanna captured all the emotions and all the moments in ways that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. I can’t look at them without being transported back to that day and the specific happenings — from our first look to our first dance — and feeling so overcome with happiness. I can’t choose a favorite because they are all stunning (and all our friends and family keep telling us with how much they love our photos). I’m especially appreciative of Hanna scouting a spot right near our getting ready spot that we hadn’t seen before that looks like a forest, and having us pose there for truly magical pictures. We also have some night shots and some photos from the bar area at our venue that look so editorial and glamorous that I can’t believe it’s us. Trust me, work with Hanna and follow her guidance. She leads with thoughtfulness and intention and it shows. You will get to know a terrifically talented and kind person and your wedding photos will not only be aesthetically marvelous, but you will feel like you get to relive your wedding day every time you look at them. Hanna is THE BEST and we are so grateful to have had the honor of working with her.

Photographing weddings has truly been my dream job, and I feel so honored every time I'm invited to capture intimate moments in peoples’ lives.

Brittney is absolutely the best photographer on the planet, I would hire her 100 times over. From our first to our last interaction with her she has been incredible, supportive, professional, understanding, super easy to work with and is truly a world class talent. She captures the moment how it TRULY existed, which makes the photo just stop you in your tracks and takes your breath away. She NEVER made us feel uncomfortable in front of the camera, which was a first time for both of us. The albums she’s delivers are gorgeous, authentic, mesmerizing, and truly one of a kind. Everyone we showed the album to was so freakin impressed and constantly said how perfect she captured the day. She made our wedding day perfect, she made everything we asked of her work, she was never over bearing and she wasted no one’s time. I cannot find all the words to express to you how perfect Brittney was as a wedding photographer, but I just know that my husband and I are still in awe of her and feel like the luckiest bride and groom because of her! Kristina Lee Photography

Born in the desert (AZ Baby!) and relocated to the sea. I firmly believe that a good day starts with a cup of coffee and ends with glass of red wine. I own more jewelry than I do clothes and in my opinion, too much gold does not exist. My biggest passion will always be photography. I’ve had a camera in my hands since I was a little girl – I would even set up “stylized shoots” in my family’s living room that consisted of sheets pinned to the wall, my friends and fake flowers (embarrassing, but I’m not kidding!). I strive for those editorial, Vogue-like shots, but I really live for those private, in-between moments.

Awarded Best of Zola
We loved every minute with Kristina! She traveled to Arizona to shoot our engagement photos and she came all the way to Jamaica to shoot our Wedding. She has such a creative way of capturing the beauty of a single moment so effortlessly. I know, years from now when I see these photos, my heart will still race the way it did that day. For that, I will be forever grateful! When you think about it, there's very little remaining of your wedding day. The flowers have gone, the guests have flown home, you are back at work. About the only thing that remains is the photos, so I think it is a great investment to get the absolute best, and for that I would recommend Kristina Lee Photography every time!

Sam Turchin was the best photographer I could have possibly chosen to capture my wedding day. She was very flexible and accommodating with coming up with a price package that worked for me. She had great communication before the wedding day so we could plan exactly what I wanted. On the day of, she kept a very professional and positive attitude when things didn’t go exactly as planned, and of course her photographs were STUNNING. THE GOLD COLLECTIVE

5.0

  • Editorial style
  • Starts at $16,000

Authentic, timeless, essence, natural, and candid are the most significant narratives when capturing a wedding day and are always at the center of the brand's heart. We love natural light, a strong action-stopping camera flash, capturing enchanting couples with inventive dance moves, making new friends, a flowing champagne tower, and a heartfelt toast.

I LOVE working with Ivy. I sifted through what felt like 50 wedding photographers and came out completely defeated because while they were talented, their photos didn't capture what I was hoping to remember looking back at my wedding day photos. Then I randomly found Ivy and she easily is the best thing I've ever found on Google, no joke, hahah. Her style of photography and approaching our wedding day allowed us to still take the traditional family portraits, but honestly, I hardly look back on those compared to how much I fawn over all of the other photos of the day/night that she took. They look straight from a magazine and Ivy made it so easy to be comfortable and completely trust that she would give us incredible photos, which she totally did. I seriously can't recommend Ivy enough. I actually still keep in touch with her because she's so talented and we collaborate often! (:

My earliest memories of photography are from when I attended weddings at 5 or 6 years old. I would photograph everyone at these weddings with a small, plastic, film camera and loved every moment. That joy of photography and capturing beauty and love has stayed with me ever since. I have a better camera now, but I still can't wait to capture your love.

Tom did a fantastic job with our engagement shoot. We couldn’t have asked for better. He made us feel super comfortable and was able to capture amazing shots without interrupting our special moment. He gave us so many gorgeous images that we were able to use for our announcements, save-the-dates, and wedding website. He truly went above and beyond.

She worked for countless brands, models and lifestyle companies over the course of her earlier career – and even dabbled in social media marketing. It wasn’t until 2019 that she began to heavily pursue documenting lovers and their weddings. Mari Co was dreamt up in 2020 and she has since committed her heart to photographing people in love since then.
