Twin Gables is a new barn-style wedding and event center located in Southwest Michigan. It is a large wedding venue able to host large events. win Gables Event Center is easy to get to and well-connected to the surrounding areas. Upon arrival, your guests will surely be endeared by the venue’s scenic setting. They will be treated to a panorama of picturesque farmland, a beautiful backdrop for an open-air ceremony. We have a beautiful new pergola that is very grand for ceremonies. After your ceremony, you can head into the barn to enjoy your after-party. Built in 1893, the former city hall of Fort Wayne is a beautiful example of Richardsonian Romanesque architecture. As a museum and a historic building, the History Center has a unique character of its own for you and your guests to explore. The History Center has three rooms available to rent, making it the perfect location for any event. The Shields Room is the centerpiece of the museum. It is the former City Council Chamber and Courtroom. Its features include golden oak paneling, a grand chandelier, large windows with expansive city views, and the restored 22-foot ceiling decorated in rich colors and 24kt gold-leaf stencils. You and your guests may ascend the Grand Staircase or use the elevator to reach the room’s second floor entrance. The helpful staff can easily join the East, Oak, and West Rooms into a combination that best suits the desired needs and capacity.
