The 12,000 square foot area will easily seat 400 guests {300 on main level + 100 upstairs}; however, it is easy to make the space seem more quaint for smaller parties. We have a private parking lot in the back and the corner lot allows for ample street parking. Our elegant + industrial look is complete with a grand staircase, a "U" shaped balcony that overlooks the dance floor, a bank vault converted to a ready room, and an additional large suite/ready room with plenty of mirrors and plug-ins!
