Dixie Dawg BBQ is a mobile BBQ smoker/trailer based out of Lancaster, KY and is owned and operated by Bob and Mary Littral. We offer delicious slow smoked bbq, (smoked right on our mobile smoker) made with our own signature rubs and sauces, along with some mouth watering down home southern side dishes. We offer a buffet style setup for wedding receptions , which folks seem to really enjoy. We are not fancy, we do bbq, and we keep it simple and delicious. Tuck-ins are a roastable, Inside-Out S’more on a stick, each containing a crunchy handmade graham cracker, covered in decadent chocolate, all inside a fluffy marshmallow! Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove. You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!

Chemical X also offers non-denominational wedding ceremony officiant services. Our owner/operator, Elizabeth, 30, has been in the service industry for over a decade, finding her true calling as a Bartender when she migrated to Cleveland in 2015. She has competed in various cocktail competitions, became a Tales of The Cocktail alumni, acquired her TIPs, ServSafe & Bar Smarts certificates & opened Chemical X, a one stop shop for all your event needs!
