The bride can enjoy a beautifully decorated bridal suite complete with chandeliers and styling chairs for hair and makeup. The groom has access to a chalet house and a man cave for relaxation and fun, including yard games. We also offer a day-before option where you can arrive at 12 noon, hang out by the pool, or decorate the tent. Our goal is to ensure a stress-free event, and we provide dedicated staff to make sure everything runs smoothly. The Whispering Trees offers a secluded and private venue that will provide the ideal setting for an outdoor wedding. Our 40X60 open pavilion can accommodate a large reception and celebration with space for dancing. There are unlimited open spaces for guests to roam and socialize without feeling crowded. It sits on land surrounded by an old-growth hardwood forest with oak, cherry, sugar maple, hickory, and ash trees throughout the property. The property is home to deer, wild turkey, and many species of small animals and birds. We have a creek that winds thru the venue and an old covered bridge that serves as the centerpiece of the wedding ceremony area.

Goodell Gardens & Homestead is a botanical garden and arboretum located in beautiful Edinboro, Pennsylvania. We offer a full schedule of educational and cultural events in addition to our private rentals on select dates. We are now accepting reservations for your 2023 & 2024 celebrations! We are currently scheduling tours on Weekends from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In 2014 we approached the owner of a farm and asked if he would allow us to use his barn for the greatest day of our lives. Once he said we could, Nikki hit the ground running, and from that point on we worked tirelessly to make her vision a reality. In 2015 our hard work had paid off. Our day arrived, our vows were spoken, the bride got kissed, and our adventure began. Ever since we've wanted to help other couples have the same great experience we had and after six years of searching, we happened upon 115 acres of perfection, and once again Nikki's vision is becoming reality.
