The entire crew at el alma was incredible!! From initial contact to tasting to rental pick out to walk through to day of. We couldn’t have asked for a better caterer and team. They were personable, helpful, and patient. And HOLY CRAP THE FOOD! We walked out of our tasting 10000% on board. And our wedding day was perfect with the most amazing food. I still dream of the deliciousness. There were so many options to pick from and were helpful with allergies/dietary restrictions. They brought a great team, bartenders, and handled rentals (place settings, linens, etc). Seriously, el alma, thank you!

Chef in Texas - Luxury experience

5.0

  • Starts at $100 per person
  • Serves Somerset, TX for additional fees

All our dishes and recipes are cooked with high-quality ingredients and luxury presentation. Experience working in a Michelin Stars restaurant. Forget about your wedding menu and enjoy your wedding. You will be sure your food will be a success.

I went to other catering companies and when we met with The Chef in Texas we felt they customized our menu instead of giving us a package and telling us I had to pick from it or pay to change. The Chef was herself personally who fix the menu with us, and she was the same Chef who cooked for the wedding. The testing before the wedding, to taste the full menu, was very helpful, and due to that, during my wedding, I forgot about the menu, because I knew it would be a success. I recommend a lot The Chef in Texas and Chef Beatriz for your wedding. I loved all the details!
