Our majestic property catches your eye immediately with a large yellow barn set back from the road draped by rolling grassy fields. As beautiful as the entry is behind the barn there is a lovely flat featuring a large spring fed pond, stonewalls galore and a Catskill mountain backdrop. Mark's Good Apples Farm is a former dairy, nestled into the hills of Bloomville, NY, boasting a 1790's farmhouse, post and beam barn, fruiting orchard & lush hay fields. Just a short drive from the towns of Delhi, Bovina & Andes, this property transports guest to a simpler era with glimpses into the past and hints at modern luxury. The agricultural setting with working orchard, historic stonewalls and hayfields will be the perfect place for your special event.

Seven Ponds Farm is a heavenly spot way up in the Catskill mountains, with a dozen ponds and lakes, and pastures as long as the eye can see. GALLERY Seven Ponds is the new sister property of Blenheim Hill Farm, a well-known destination wedding venue with raving reviews. Seven Ponds has been designed to host smaller, intimate weddings from 75 guests up to 130 guests with the same magical qualities and attention to detail as our sister farm Blenheim.

We are hoping to create a memorable experience in our extraordinary setting. We are located at the beautiful historic old Sinclair Chair Factory built in 1871 on Skaneateles Creek. With gorgeous views and attention to historic detail, our goal is to produce a unique setting to create memories of a lifetime. Guests have all day access, will be the only event occurring in our facility that day, and have 100% of our attention! We are only 1.9 miles from the center of Skaneateles village. The village offers a multitude of attractions with many great eateries, bars, clothing stores, antique shops and more. Also, the lake provides a great opportunity for fun activities with friends and family.

The Brewster Inn is a fine dining establishment with several different dining rooms to accommodate both small and large parties. We are able to host private functions ranging from 20 – 50 people and wedding receptions up to 180 people. We also have 17 beautifully appointed guest rooms, five of which have breath-taking views of the lake. Our brick terrace with a seasonal awning overlooks the spacious lawn down to the lakefront and is a perfect setting for dining and dancing. For your convenience we have created two wedding options – sit down and food stations, each of which is based on a four-hour reception. In-season, weddings are held primarily on Saturdays. We offer afternoon weddings from 1-5pm. There are some exceptions during the off-season for smaller more intimate receptions.

Hyde Hall is considered the finest example of a neoclassic country mansion anywhere in the United States. Our Hyde Hall Event team is available to assist you in any way to make your memorable day run as smoothly as possible. We can offer suggestions and assistance with event details; from caterers to flowers to music and more. We are a small historic organization and are able to give personal attention to each unique wedding.
