Harvest View Farms conveniently located just 10 minutes North of Burlington off Hwy 61 between Burlington and Mediapolis nestled in the fields of Sperry Iowa.

Our new building layout and custom design welcomes you to experience a stylish combination of beautiful architecture and essential elements that guarantee your guests will be talking about it long after the big day.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of Iowa’s countryside. The sparkling white gambrel barn overlooks fields, timber and two ponds. Our temperature controlled Ballroom comfortably seats up to 320 guests, on the wooden farmhouse-tables and black cross-back chairs we provide. Every package includes ample day-before rehearsal AND decorating time, 6:00 am - midnight full access the day of, and time to return the day after to retrieve decor, rentals, food, personal times, and vehicles.

We have created a beautiful indoor space for your wedding celebration as well as an outdoor covered ceremony space. It's your choice, it's your day. Built in 1867 by French Icarian Adolphe Cambre the three bedroom home boasts original woodwork, floor plan, and windows from the 1860's. Featuring large lawns and a secluded forested area this venue will make you feel like you have stepped back in time to an enchanted farmhouse. The former home of cook-your-own-steaks, Old Oaks Steak House, south of Milan, has been transformed into Old Oaks Winery. The rear of the property contains several acres of now-mature vineyards, which are producing the grapes for Old Oaks wine. Our vision has always been to bring a Napa feel back to the Midwest.
