I’ve been a full-time entertainer for over a decade. I started as an emcee for my college campus events, got a job at the school radio station, did two radio internships with Riverbend Communications in Idaho Falls and KSL in Salt Lake City. I built a career as an on-air radio host on stations like Z103 in East Idaho and Wild 101 in Boise. As more and more people requested me to DJ their weddings, I decided to fully invest in the mobile DJ side of my business and here we are. OHLR is a team of wedding DJs, music producers, and entertainers based out of the Salt Lake City, Utah area. Together, business owners and creatives Davken, and his sons DJ Jordan, DJ T-O, and Jacob work with couples to turn their visions into dazzling realities. Bassist and bandleader Josh Levine got his start in the professional music business busking in SoHo with The Flying Neutrinos in ’93, so when NYC shut down in Spring of 2020, he capitalized on his experience as a street performer and began to play regularly in the parks of NYC with percussionist and sonero, Jainardo Batista, renowned flutist Itai Kriss making his debut on Cuban trés guitar, and María Raquel on vocals and minor percussion. Before long, the quartet had generated some buzz, several venues hired them to play outdoors and pianist Gabriel Chakarji and Grammy winning flutist and vocalist Jeremy Bosch became staples of the group.
