Hello there! I'm Andrea, owner of Amative Creative, and every weekend we're so blessed to be able to tell the love stories of so many amazing couples. Fox & Fig Photography

Hello lovely! Let me introduce myself—I’m Sarah. Welcome to my little creative space—I hope you love it here & make yourself at home. My goal as your photographer is to put you at ease and therefore be able to capture your moments authentically and beautifully. As a film and digital photographer ("hybrid" if you will!), I take a big step back to capture your memories with intention, love, and honesty - my promise to you, is to treat your day as if it were my own. Film is my favorite medium to capture wedding days on, as I feel it brings back a level of authenticity, imperfection, and refined elegance that is irreplaceable.

Awarded Best of Zola
I don't think that I can sing the praises of Fox and Fig enough (pun completely intended since I am a music teacher!)!! We couldn't be HAPPIER with our wedding photos from Fox and Fig Photography! Sarah and her second shooter made our day so MAGICAL and we are mesmerized by our images! As a PLUS SIZE BRIDE, I experienced THE WORST engagement session through another photographer. The angles were horrible and the posing was weird/awkward and my (now) husband and I just cringe when we look at them. It was definitely the thing I worried about the most for our wedding photos. AND THEN WE MET SARAH. Sarah is the most down-to-earth and sweetest soul you will ever meet. Her confidence and genuine love for her clients are what immediately drew me to her. She really took the time to learn about us and to understand our vision for our images. She also immediately assured me that our images would be DRASTICALLY different than our engagement photos and that she was comfortable with creating flattering lines and posing of couples of all shapes and sizes. AND LET ME TELL YOU, she did not disappoint!! SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING! My goal for our wedding day was PEACE and Sarah and her second shooter fell right into "the flow". We were completely unaware of them during our ceremony and their gentle guidance through the day put everyone at ease (including my "STIFF" husband! HAHA!), which helped create the most precious moments and treasured images. Do not think twice about booking Fox and Fig! You won't regret hiring them, but I wholeheartedly believe that you will regret NOT having them capture your special moments.

I cannot recommend Emily enough! We found her a few months out from the wedding and did a call to talk about our budget and our vision for our wedding. Emily was so accommodating, shaping a photography and videography package that fit us perfectly! On our wedding day she was incredibly hard working and well prepared. She makes everyone she meets feel comfortable, confident and beautiful in their pictures! On top of honoring our "shot list" and getting all of my top priorities taken care of, Emily scoped out the venue and came up with fun locations and ideas that we hadn't considered! She also played with traditional photography, shooting on film, and polaroids all of which gave us unique looks that we love! If you're looking for a skilled, artistic, and friendly photographer, you've found her!

They did awesome keeping a toddlers attention, and making the men feel comfortable in front of the camera! Those are hard tasks! Photos By Yaz

5.0

  • Fine art style
  • Starts at $4,500
  • Serves Sandia, TX

I graduated with a degree in photography but the most important thing I gained from college was a group of friends I can call on for a mental health check. I'm "the baby" of a very large Mexican-Puerto Rican family. I'm a traveler and lover of experiencing cultures and food. My passion for people and their stories has been the drive behind my business. While photography has taken over much of my life other things that bring me joy are summer BBQs with my very large family, a cocktail by the pool or planning our next vacation. I enjoy having conversations that go deep - those that make up the story of who we are today.

Awarded Best of Zola
We absolutely have adored working with Photos by Yaz! We enjoy getting to see her galleries of the weddings we host out here, as her work is phenomenal and our couples love her! She goes above and beyond to make sure the pictures represent the couple and their actual relationship. We look forward to having her out here as much as possible!

Milkweed Moments

  • Fine art style
  • Starts at $2,600
  • Serves Sandia, TX
  • Offer

Homeschoolin, Home birthin, and Holistic mama that loves to capture Life and Love in it's truest moments and forms. My business has been a decade in the making from falling in love with photography in high school, to now... My love for Milkweed and my time spent living in Iowa has inspired my business name. I used to live near a conservation center with fields of milkweed. My children and I spent many days enjoying this haven of beauty and were blessed to see thousands of Monarch butterflies migrate to the Milkweed. I realize how fleeting these moments are and would love to capture your story!

Working with milkweed moments is a breeze! I was nervous because I have a 3 and 1 year old, and wasn’t sure how they would cooperate. Aubriana made everything go smoothly. She’s great with kids, great with directives on posing, and really made the day so fun! She got all the shots I dreamed of!”. Will be booking her again in the future!

Award Winning Photographer and Conference Speaker, David Pezzat began practicing photography at the age of sixteen. He has continued to grow over the years learning new techniques, developing his talent, and sharpening his artistic edge. With his growing reputation and following, David has been asked to mentor fellow photographers at conferences such as, WPPI Wedding & Portrait Photographers International (USA), Bodaf (Mexico), Premera Convention de Fotografos en Columbia (Medellin, Columbia), Sociedad Mexicana de Fotografos Profesonales (Guanajuato, Mexico), Foro de Fotografos (Argentina).

David captured my husbands and I’s ranch wedding over the weekend in Santa Rosa, TX and really cannot express how professional and amazing he is at what he does. We are not photogenic but David helped us in all ways possible from moving my hand a certain way to fixing my husbands coat. David also captured our engagement session April 2023 in San Antonio, TX and just seeing how the pictures come to life is something unimaginable. Each picture taken has a story behind it and will never be forgotten. Thank you for taking the time to capture our engagement session and wedding day, we appreciate you so much words cannot describe.

You will probably pronounce my name wrong, and I’ll laugh at you. I'm a destination luxury wedding, engagement, elopement, and family photographer. My main goal is to shoot weddings all over the world, so just pack me in your luggage I’m skinny and I'll try to fit.

Awarded Best of Zola
Ra was awesome, we booked him for my engagement photoshoot. We spoke in advance and went over ideas for the day and then he went to it. he arrived on time and snapped away. he got views that we didn't even think of. he made the shoot go that much smoother. he has a great personality and great sense of humor which is why I’m laughing in most of the pictures. he also gave us so many ideas and stuff to do to look more natural instead of just telling us what to do. he was doing the pose first with his assistant to show us how it’s done and the tips and tricks to make it look natural. We appreciated all the knowledge that Ra brought! We can't thank him enough. he highlighted my dress and how big it was in certain poses which made my dress look just awesome and stunning. everyone loved the pictures and I’m just in love with this shot especially. thanks Ra again, definitely recommended.

The Dreamers Eye

4.9

  • Fine art style
  • Starts at $2,700
  • Serves Sandia, TX for additional fees

Wedding Photographer with 5 years experience in weddings, 8+ in photography. I am comfortable following either directive - whether posed or candid is a priority and vibe pursued by the couple. I can be very attentive for candid moments or help lead in planning and staging certain concepts. I am not a purist of "all candid" or a stickler for planning every single thing, I find my comfort zone ultimately in how the couple wants to see their big day portrayed. Their vision to me is paramount.

Awarded Best of Zola
Omg Bradley was the best!! Our engagement shoot? Perfect. Wedding pictures? Also perfect. I got married at the renaissance festival & wanted all the colors to pop - I was not disappointed. Communication was easy and as someone who had never gotten professional pictures done, Bradley made it real easy to get nice pictures without us looking all awkward and stiff. Highly recommend!!!

Hello! My name is A.R. Clark. I am a photographer and videographer from Bangor, Maine. I love the joy that comes with capturing these magnificent days, and I aim to show everything about your wedding in gorgeous tones and lighting. My style is best described as vintage with influences from old hollywood. I have worked every type of wedding and I love to travel!

We feel so lucky to have found Andrew as our wedding photographer. He has an incredible eye for the editorial style and makes his photos into works of art with golden light and chiaroscuro. So many photographers just rely on their high-res equipment but don't offer anything more--I don't want a macro shot of every pore or line on my face like an owl in a tree at 100 yards, I want to have a sense of magic and beauty in every photo. Andrew actually does that. I almost cried when I saw our first look photos because I don't feel very confident being photographed and I finally had dozens of photos of myself and my husband that I want to share with friends immediately and cherish forever. He delivered the first look so fast, even though I know he was busy working another wedding; I thought for sure we would have to wait longer. The wedding package we chose included very nice touches like polaroids so we had something in hand at the end of the wedding day itself, too. It was very thoughtful and left us feeling good about the whole experience right away. He was very personal and nice to work with, but not intrusive, and went with the little schedule changes we had, and was open to suggestions while we took post-ceremony photos around the city. I couldn't be happier with our experience with him and would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a real artist for their wedding photography.

I love everything about photography - meeting new people, capturing raw emotions, being a part of special moments, giving images a crisp, timeless feel, and delivering memories that will be treasured forever. Each part is so, so special to me! Outside of photography, I love cheering on Husker football, traveling to new places, cuddling my cats, baking cookies, & decorating for holidays!

Awarded Best of Zola
We contacted Laura right after our engagement to get information about her pricing. She was very quick to send us information and included everything we would need for the engagement pictures to the wedding. Our engagement picture day, Laura made sure we had fun and knew the exact spots to get the perfect picture. She was professional, but spunky and fun. On our wedding day, Laura took the pictures and Shayne was the videographer. They work absolutely flawless together and never missed a beat. If Laura was not able to be somewhere, Shayne was there with the video camera and pictures were taken from the video to add to our special day. They were both very accommodating to all of our changes/needs and went with the flow of the day to help eliminate any additional stress. We love our pictures and our video from our special day and are so thankful we were able to find Laura Elizabeth Photography to help us relive those moments.

Jay Dee Photography

A Charleston Wedding Photographer with a fierce love for storytelling, fostering memories and capturing those moments that you will want to treasure forever. I get to tell your story. And, I think that’s pretty cool. I love traveling everywhere and anywhere, talking with my hands, buying plants (and attempting to keep them alive), and spending as much time as I can with my loved ones. I have lived in Boston, Paris, and New York City, and am now lucky enough to call Charleston home, while also still traveling the world for my clients. You can usually find me on my back porch in downtown Charleston, right next to my favorite little park.

tldr: Jessica is amazing and I don’t think you can go wrong with her if this is the style of photos you like I had a lot of difficulty picking a photographer as I’m pretty picky with photos. I knew I wanted something bright and light, with kind of a whimsical or ethereal vibe, but it was really hard finding the style until I came across the “fine art” style. Jessica’s name came up while researching this style and I decided to reach out to her among a few other fine art photographers. I definitely hoped talks would go well with Jessica as the others I contacted ended up either not responding or were wildly out of my budget. Pre-Planning: Jessica was wonderful throughout this process. She promptly responded to my emails and answered questions clearly. I never felt like I was left in the dark for any part of the process. When I sent her the timeline of the ceremony/reception, she quickly came up with a timeline to slot in all the photos to be taken ahead of time at the location (We had access to the venue for a little over an hour prior to the ceremony). She also asked for a list of family photos that we wanted to take. This made it very easy at the wedding as she could call out people’s name to make sure everyone that was supposed to be in the pictures, were in the pictures. Jessica also sent over a list of ideas for detail shots and explained she could do this ahead of time. We didn’t want extra pictures of these and decided against it, however, I still thought it was very thoughtful of her to offer. Wedding Day: I loved her energy at the wedding. She was very calm and felt very competent. She directed my husband and I throughout the pictures, showing us poses etc. During family and wedding party photos, even though we had many bodies to fit in the frame in quite a few pictures, she led us through them with ease and the entire experience was very stress free (or as stress free as can be at a wedding lol). The venue was quite dim at specific locations, but the final results did not reflect that at all. The pictures were bright and did not look like they were taken in the dark at all. (This is a little off topic but I loved the little apron with pockets she wore for her equipment. So cute) I’m not sure when Jessica had the time, but there were pictures around the venue which were so beautiful. I definitely feel like the day was captured through the pictures. Post Wedding: Jessica sent us a sneak peak 2 days after the wedding containing 23 pictures. They turned out great and were beautiful. You can see examples on her website so I won’t elaborate, but they really are that good. The full gallery was sent almost a month after the wedding (minus 2 days) with instructions on purchasing prints or an album attached. The full download contained 650ish files, including the sneak peek pictures. Half of which were black and white, so this matched up pretty perfectly with Jessica’s estimation of the amount of photos when we spoke in the pre-planning stage.

Hi there, my name is Jen El-Haddad! I am the lead photographer and owner of "Jennifer Mary Photography". I specialize in lifestyle photography and portraits! I started this business almost a decade ago, as a Photography/Computer Digital Imagery student at Shepherd University (Go Rams!) with a dream to share the artistic joy with others. However, life seemed to have a different plan. I slowly moved into the corporate world and lost touch with my creative side. After lots of soul searching and a 7-year hiatus, I found my love for photography (again.

Jen was amazing! Prior to our wedding we booked our engagement photos with Jen, so we could practice poses. I had a very particular lighting style, and Jen listened to my wishes and used the most amazing light angles and edited the photos in the was I had asked for. Prior to the wedding we had phone calls and meetings to make sure we had a set list of the photos I wanted, so that the day of nothing would be missed and it was stress free. Wedding day Jen captured every moment from getting ready, to the ceremony, family portraits, couples photos and even dances at the reception. Jen is kind, caring, respectful and professional. She was truly a joy to work with and I am in love with my wedding photos! I highly recommend booking your wedding, engagement or any pictures with this lovely photographer!
