We had a lovely wedding at Always Timeless Barn. Barbara was a wonderful host and her team worked hard in the background to make sure everything was as my husband and I wanted. The team was quick to set up and keep the area clean. The venue was immaculate and our guests enjoyed the natural beauty of the ranch during our springtime wedding. The bridesmaids loved getting ready in the bridal suite of the living space. It made for super cute getting-ready pictures before the ceremony. A great benefit of Always Timeless Barn is the flexibility to DIY various elements, so the team set up our indoor ceremony space early so that my family and I were able to put up faux flowers and such on the aisle chairs and archway. Would recommend Always Timeless Barn for your wedding!

As a vendor, working at The Urban Barlett was so amazing!! Cari was wonderful to work with and answered any questions I had. She was very responsive and gave suggestions when we needed. The space is gorgeous and has a wide range of design aspect that could be done there. I know this place is going to be a star on the map!

Bingham Ranch Events is a beautifully wooded venue sitting on 78 acres with multiple outdoor ceremony sites to choose from. We have a large outdoor pavilion for your reception, with twinkling lights hanging from the ceiling. Under the pavilion is a large catering room as well as men and women's restrooms. The 1850's white house is 2,600 sq feet, and the entire house is available for the brides and her party with a very large bridal suite, with ample mirrors and great lighting for hair and make-up. The men have a separate "men's cave" to comfortably hang out with a large tv, refrigerator, 2 separate bathrooms and a large game room attached. The rental time is 12 - 14 hours. We provide all the tables, chairs and white linens included with your rental. We do have other items available to rent, such as arches, floral decorations for a minimal rental fee if you so choose.

Bingham Ranch Events is an amazing venue to work with. Their communication style is incredible, and they are 100% dedicated to ensuring your special day is perfect. The quality of their work and value provided is a great deal. This venue has been through major renovations, and I am so proud to have seen the transformation of this stunning property. The land and trees are absolutely beautiful, and the historic house is simply breathtaking. I highly recommend visiting Bingham Ranch Events in person to experience the timeless elegance of this venue.

Summers Mill Retreat and Conference center has been built on a rich history. When it was founded in 1998 by Paul and Jane Meyer, they wanted "this place to be a ministry and to lead with a servant’s heart based on Christian values and principles." The name of our retreat center goes back to the grist mill built by John Myers in the spring of 1866. Business was good and within a year, he added a saw mill and a cotton gin. When John Myers died, it passed in rapid succession through the hands of Robert A. Myers, Douglas McKenzie, and D.C. Summers. Summers installed a crossroads store and secured a post office under the name of Summers Mill.
