Our rustic indoor reception area has seating for 150 which includes a large bar area and separate food service room. Additionally we have a separate bridal ready room and a grooms suite.

From the moment we started planning our wedding, The Ranch Club stood out as the perfect venue for our special day. Their communication style was fast, understanding, and easy, which helped to ease my anxiety throughout the process. The quality of their work and the overall value was simply beautiful - the natural, peaceful setting was exactly what we were looking for. Jose, Tracy, and April were all so sweet and helpful, I wouldn't have wanted to have our ceremony anywhere else. On the day of the wedding, I felt really nervous and broke down crying due to my anxiety, but Jose and Tracy quickly came to my rescue, got me a bucket, dried my tears, and gave me water until I was ready to continue. April also helped me with any questions I had regarding the wedding day and even recommended an officiant. The Ranch Club truly went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect.

From beginning to end, Daniel & Stephanie were a pleasure to work with. They were on top of everything we requested and were thoroughly organized. Daniel (executive chef), Stephanie and the lovely staff helped put together the most amazing and unforgettable experience during our outdoor wedding at the Santa Anita Arboretum. Guests were raving so much about the food and drinks!! They passed canapes (small bites) and fine wines to pair, we had Spanish toast & taco bar stations, the 3-course dinner was magical, I’m still thinking of the swordfish and my husband still talks about the steak! Magical! Omg the chocolate tart ganache with a heart shape laced chip was beautifully done. My husband and I are still dreaming of them. We cannot thank them enough. Everyone said so many good things and left with full bellies.

I have worked at the Maxwell House a couple of times, specifically with Reid. He is always professional and clear about the house rules, fees and what exactly is included for an event or wedding. He will bend over backwards for you to try to fullfill your requests. On actual event days, there is an onsite venue coordinator overseeing the venue and is periodcically checking in with the event coordinator. In the times I have worked there, it's been pleasant and organized. There is a very detailed checklist leading up to your event to be sure all is covered and addressed. Highly recommended venue.

We only have one event a day, providing you exclusive use of the property. Castle Green, quite frankly, was the first choice we made when we were planning our wedding, and what an excellent choice at that. It was the first venue we saw, and after seeing three others, we couldn’t stop comparing them to Castle Green. We immediately had to go back and lock it down. A historical landmark of Pasadena, you really feel you are transported to the past, and that was the experience that we wanted for our guests! They have a curated vendor list that really helped make planning our wedding a flawless experience. Tatiana is the Director of Events there, and she too was a major help from beginning to end. Castle Green comes highly recommended!
