Belle Garden Estate is a luxury, outdoor, historic wedding venue. We are located in Wirtz, VA. Just 25 minutes from Downtown Roanoke and 15 minutes from Smith Mountain Lake. Our covered pavilion can accommodate up to 200 guests and we offer overnight accommodations for up to 8 guests. We have beautiful mountain views, inviting gardens, and multiple scenic ceremony sites.

Our venue at the Science Museum of Western Virginia has 2 floors that you can utilize or rent out one floor for the event. Our space is does not include a caterer but we can offer suggestions to use in the area. We can also obtain a license for liquor, wine and beer. The space can include multiple different exhibits so your guests can play some games and socialize during the event.

Located on the top floor of the historic City Market Building, Charter Hall is at the heart of Downtown Roanoke Virginia. As you step off the elevator, you are greeted with one of the best views of downtown & the iconic Roanoke Star. Charter Hall can easily accommodate up to 500 guests in various layouts, or up to 240 for formal dining. The Liberty Trust is centrally located in the heart of Downtown Roanoke, at the corner of South Jefferson Street and Salem Avenue SW. Boasting 54 luxurious guest rooms designed with custom-made furnishings, top-quality detailing and finishes, and upscale amenities, the hotel’s design is significantly inspired by its original standing as the former historic First National Bank headquarters that was constructed in the early 20th century. The Liberty Trust offers an intimate setting for small-scale rehearsal dinners, elopement ceremonies, cocktail receptions, and bridal/couple showers. For the convenience of out-of-town guests, our Sales Department would be happy to reserve a block of guest rooms at special rates.

The Vinton War Memorial is owned and operated by the Town of Vinton and often hosts public events at the venue. The Vinton War Memorial was originally conceived as the centerpiece of an 11.5-acre park that could be enjoyed by the community while honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country during World War II. The park was completed in 1946 and the two-story brick building known as the Vinton War Memorial was dedicated and opened to the public on August 20, 1948. Initially, it included the town's library, small meeting rooms, and the Dogwood Ballroom.
