“I hired The Polar Peddler for the floral decor for my wedding and I was stunned with how perfectly Dana just 'got' my vision! I asked for jewel tones with an emphasis on varying texture. I didn't have many 'must have' flowers but I did have a few I liked and a few I didn't, and that's all I had to tell her! I had purchased some dyed/dried florals and peacock feathers before I organized with Dana and she was even willing to add these items in for me! When she showed up the morning of, I was astounded at how well she made it look like those elements were part of the plan the entire time. I can't tell you how many compliments that I got on the florals throughout the night and as the bride, having so many of your friends and loved ones complimenting your vendors so highly is such a win! Not to mention the numerous times I was told by basically anyone who communicated with Dana the day of just how sweet and helpful she was! My only regret was not booking the Bloom Bar and having her do even more florals as they were such a hit! My mother in law and aunt even asked to take some of the bouquets home at the end of the night! This vendor was the perfect addition to my day. The Polar Peddler brought my wedding day vision all together with the florals and Dana could not have been more charming to work with from start to finish. As we did not have a space to get ready in at the venue or nearby hotels, we needed a studio to provide a space for us to get ready in. I searched many options and none were willing to accommodate - except Swept!!! The studio is adorable, spacious, and they let us take over for the entire morning of the wedding. We had two hair stylists and one makeup, and all of them did an AMAZING job! We had a large group and they got us done so quickly that we were even able to add one more person on to the service, which they absolutely did not need to do for us, but were so accommodating and made our day. On top of the efficient, quick, accommodating service, we all came out of that studio THRILLED with our hair and makeup! I felt so beautiful and the stylists did exactly what I wanted. I was even so surprised that after a night of dancing, sweating in 85 degree humid heat, and some crying (happy tears I promise), my makeup was still FLAWLESS by the end of the night! BIG shout out to makeup artist Sarah for her miracle work! Long story short, I would recommend this company and their stylists to anyone looking for hair and makeup services for their wedding or other big event. Wonderful people and fantastic service.”

For my hair, I asked for a pretty big change the day of (compared with what was done at my trial) and it was better than I could have expected. Finally, two of my bridesmaids are big into makeup and sat with one of the Amie's assistants for hours during the day asking about products and they have been using some she recommended since! For a vendor that I spent a ton of time researching prior to selecting one, Amie, Kelley, and their team were phenomenal and I would recommend them to anyone, no matter your style or tastes. They may have been slightly higher priced than some of the others I looked at but they were more than worth it - hair and makeup is not something you don't want to be happy with on your wedding day! “I got engaged on January 30th, 2024, and was married just a few short months later on May 18th, 2024. As a first-time bride trying to plan a wedding in such a condensed time frame, I was incredibly nervous, especially since I was trying to keep costs down. After securing my vendors and working on my timeline, it quickly became clear that there was no way I could enjoy my wedding day while worrying about coordinating every little detail myself. The sheer number of moving parts and tiny details was overwhelming. Enter Lauren and Kelsey. I had seen their work before as they were the coordinators for a friend’s wedding where I was a bridesmaid, and they did such an amazing job that I knew they were the perfect choice for my own wedding. Even though my venue provided a day-of coordinator, I realized that she (also so amazing at what she does) would be too focused on venue-specific duties like managing food and the bar to handle the full execution of my timeline, coordinate with outside vendors, or deal with the unexpected hiccups that inevitably arise. And those hiccups did arise. My bustle ripped, and Lauren literally crawled under my dress to fix it. We forgot to pick up the wedding cake, but they had it sorted. It even rained, and they navigated the situation flawlessly, all while managing family dynamics and calming me during moments when I felt completely overwhelmed. Your wedding day flies by, and before you know it, it's over. I am so thankful that I got to be present, enjoy every moment, and soak in the day without a single worry—thanks to Lauren and Kelsey. In just one month, they picked up every little piece of my 1,000-piece wedding puzzle and put it together seamlessly. Everything we envisioned, they made it a reality. Words really can’t describe how much value they provided. If you want to actually enjoy your wedding day, hire Lauren and Kelsey. They are simply the best. P.S. They even went the extra mile by bringing all the decorations, leftover food, gifts, and more back to our house, allowing us to head straight to our after-party without a worry. The picture below is one we got from them at home with our pups, whom they kindly took out for a potty break after the wedding. I seriously love these girls!”
