We had a relatively short engagement (about 8 months) and shopped for venues for a good while before deciding on Sunset Oaks. They try are the best for your money, so hands on and they are so transparent about their pricing and what they offer! Their decor closet is extensive! They had so much you can borrow for your big day for free and it was all actually cute/current things. The venue itself is beautiful not too rustic or modern a perfect canvas to hold your wedding day! We loved working with Coby she was so proactive and helpful and the big day went off perfectly.

My husband and I fell in love with this place when we first saw it and the pricing is great for everything they include! We didn’t to bring too much decor because the venue itself is already gorgeous and they already have some decor for use! The bar was awesome, didn’t need to worry about it and the pricing was also very good. Becky was great at helping everything move along on the day of. Overall, highly recommend this venue. Our wedding was beautiful and had that intimate feel we were wanting.

Chapel at Ana Villa was an amazing venue. My husband and I chose this place for the Mediterranean feel and the pews that the chapel had. When you walk in to the wedding venue you are just stunned by the beauty of the entire venue (reception room, cocktail hour, ceremony room and the bride and groom suites). The staff was nothing short of amazing as well. Everyone was so accommodating and extremely helpful throughout the entire process from getting started and picking our venue to our big day. We had a planning representative assigned to us at the beginning (Newshaw Varta) and she helped us get into all the food tastings and took us on tours of all the venues that WWE has to offer. Once we chose a venue, we were assigned to Chelsea Sproles, who did a fantastic job getting our profile/dashboard up and running with invoices/contracts, etc. She answered all questions that we had and was very helpful. Once we got further down the path and with how busy the staff is, we were assigned to Sydnee who helped us the rest of the way. Sydnee was AMAZING...she helped us with all questions we had and helped us get additional add ons added, finalized our big day and was with us by our side through the entire process. The communication that the whole staff had was impeccable, through email and text. Once everything was finalized for our big day, we were assigned to Kadia Kice whom helped us with rehearsal and our big day. Kadia did such an amazing job and had lots of patience with our big rowdy group. Kadia was very laid back and made sure to touch all the important items for the day of. On the day of, she was right by my side asking if we needed anything several times and making sure all was turning out okay. She kept us on time throughout the whole event and we couldn't be more grateful to have such a great staff to help us along the way. The staff really helped us to enjoy our big day and not have any of the horror stresses that you would typically hear about on wedding day. The catering team was amazing and had food ready right on the dot, everyone who attended though the food was AMAZING and very tasty. The florist, Tina, did an incredible job from the 1st day planning to the final day with all staff showing up on time and not running into any issues. Jenny, did our 4 tiered cake with 2 flavors and the cake literally melted in your mouth. We had cinnamon swirl (tasted like a cinnamon roll) and a new flavor they brought on (strawberry champagne). We had also asked for a cascade of flowers to be on the cake and it turned out BEAUTIFUL. The DJ on our day of was INCREDIBLE. We had playlists for ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception and he did a great job feeling the vibe of the crowd and having fun. The bartenders do only come with 1 so I suggest that you get 2 (depending on your final count). Everyone was very satisfied with the timing on getting drinks a the bar. Everyone at our wedding had the absolute time of their lives and had great things to say about the staff involved and how amazing our wedding turned out. I can't stress this enough..if you are looking for a wedding venue, PLEASE keep Walters Wedding Estates (WWE) in mind through your search. The staff makes it so seamless and let's you enjoy your engagement. We were very hands off during this time and we couldn't be more grateful.

We had a few issues with communication since one of the planners left without any notifications but once we got closer to we wedding and we got a new planner everything got better Will definitely recommend Morgan as the planner she did a good job on timeline and helping us with any changes we wanted to do. Also Melissa our day of coordinator did a great job making sure our day went smoothly and she even help us with ideas for decorations! I will still recommend them since everything turned out beautiful and the nacho bar was a hit for appetizers!

The best part was BYOB and inclusion of premium quality linen, runners and liberty to decorate as needed. The venue can easily hold 75-100 people with place to have a dance floor. Darrell is one of the best people I have worked with. Always smiling and helpful. The entire staff was more than accommodative of our needs. It is in historic downtown McKinney and keeps with the beauty of the downtown as well. I am so happy I choose this place for my reception.

Every wedding questions we had Calla had a detailed answer to. The videos and photos on social media of this location do not do this place justice. It is a must visit!

As you walk into the Little Chapel in-the-Woods you are entering into a tradition. Located on the edge of Texas Woman’s University, the chapel is a secluded sanctuary that has held weddings since September 1939, a few months before its dedication by Eleanor Roosevelt. We have two beautiful ballrooms to host the wedding reception of your dreams! We got married a little over a week ago at the Wildwood Inn, and I cannot say enough about how obsessed I am with the venue and about how wonderful everyone was throughout the entire process. The Wildwood Inn was the first venue I looked at when planning our wedding, and it was the last because, frankly, I couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to celebrate. The ability to stay in the 14 guest rooms was a highlight for us, as most of our guests were from out of town, and on top of being a nice gesture to some of those guests, it also allowed us the opportunity to visit with them further after the wedding without having to move to a bar for an after-party. The ceremony space is perfect for anyone having a smaller, more intimate wedding (we had just under 60 guests), and the pergola and string lights lent it an ethereal feel for our evening ceremony. We haven’t gotten our pictures yet, but since we forgot to make an unplugged ceremony announcement (oops!), we have some photos from guests that tell me our professional pictures are going to be beautiful on this backdrop. The reception took place in the dining area, and we opted to keep the bar out on the patio, which allowed us enough space to keep the dance floor inside (rather than moving it to the patio, which was the alternative option for larger parties). With six round tables (seating 10 each) , the dance floor was big enough to fit everyone who wanted to boogie but not so big that you felt like you were dancing in the open! Our coordinator, Madison, kept everyone to task, helped to fix my bustle when I kept tripping, and made sure we didn’t miss out on any of the food (she pre-packed some desserts and left them in our room). She also made sure a guest could get a last-minute lactose-free meal, made sure we got our custom drink glasses on our table, and helped with numerous other requests! The planning process was a breeze (especially compared to what many other brides seem to experience)! Kaleigh, our planner, was great to work with and answered all of my spur-of-the-moment questions promptly. My initial concern in picking an all-inclusive venue was that I had less control over each individual element. And it’s true that I probably spoke for 45 minutes cumulatively with the floral team, 20 minutes with the photographer, 10 minutes with the DJ, and only sent over info pictures for the cake. Even with Kaleigh, I probably had a total of three hours of face-to-face time. HOWEVER, each of those meetings was purpose-driven and structured to get the answers they needed without wasting your time, and I was so incredibly excited to see how wonderfully my vision came together on the day of…the florals, food, decor, music, EVERYTHING was perfect. If I have one critique, it’s that we weren’t able to get into the venue until 3:00pm for our 5:00 ceremony and so getting ready & doing our first look felt a little rushed. That said, if you’re looking, like I was, for a low-stress wedding and a beautiful place to have it, Wildwood Inn is your place!!

Studio E is a wonderful little hidden gem in downtown Denton. I rented the venue to do a tasting event. We turned this little venue into a speakeasy/art gallery. The exposed brick walls gives you a very retro chic vibe. The owner herself is also very laid-back. The whole experience was easy/no stress at all! The owner was also around to make sure that everything went smoothly. Parking: you can park across the street in the paid parking or there’s parking along the street since it is downtown Denton. Food and alcohol: no fussing with required catering companies that don’t make the food that you like. You can bring your own food and your own alcohol. She does have a movable bar stand that can be placed anywhere within the venue.

Shepherd Run Estate Helped deliver everything We wanted for our Wedding. The Coordinator helped take care of everything so we didn't have to worry about anything except walking down the aisle. We didn't have a big budget and they worked with us. We had plenty of time without feeling rushed. They helped set everything up and made sure the caterer and cakes got set up with no problems. I couldn't have been more thankful for Everything they did. The Venue had great places to take Pictures and the Bridal Suite was much bigger than we thought! We chose Aristide FlowerMound because during our search to find a LGBTQIA location to have our wedding, we met with Emily Blanks and she went over everything in a matter of 45 mins and we toured the venue. She also told us a little about her background and family, which made us feel very comfortable. When we left the meeting my husband and I said this is IT! Little did we know it would be one of the greatest decisions that we made for our special day. We then got paired with our Wedding Coordinator Kait B. When we met with Kait we let her know that we had an outside planner that would be working with her and she worked really well with her. Kait was such a joy to work with, she helped to make some of the most stressful situations seem like nothing at all. We highly appreciate all that Kait did for us.
