Lake Tahoe Bleu Wave is a boat wedding venue operating out of South Lake Tahoe, California. This spectacular yacht measures 70 feet in length and has sailed around the world. Originally called Cold Spring Ranch due to an ice cold spring. The Dorrington Hotel was built in 1852 by John Gardner who married Rebecca Dorrington and moved her out from Scotland. The North Star House was built during the age of the California Gold Rush as a home and business accommodation for the second largest producing mine in California. It was designed by Julia Morgan, the first licensed female architect in in the State. Her greatest claim to fame is the Hearst Castle. The House features a catering kitchen, lighted courtyard, open grassy areas, wooded views, a veranda overlooking the sunset and plenty of parking. We're only a couple miles from Downtown Grass Valley's accommodations, shops and nightlife. We allow for lots of flexibility in how you plan your day and you can bring your own vendors and beverages.
