You and your guests are welcome to roam the gardens and take pictures in the alee of trees, boxwoods, roses garden, walled garden, and private medallion garden. A pond, small waterfall, and landscaped entrance in front of the home is the ideal setting for your onsite ceremony. Appleford works with 8 exclusive caterers and is BYOB. Clients are welcome to select a florist, photographer, videographer, and other vendors. Our venues are Tyler Gardens in Newtown, PA: Ash Mill Farm Bed & Breakfast located in Holicong, PA; with Historic Strawberry Mansion & Ridgeland Mansion both located in Fairmount Park in Philadelphia. We have small intimate spaces for rehearsal dinners & quiet elopements all the way up to a 300 person event space to host all your friends & family. All our venues are tented facilities equipped with lighting, customed made bars & flooring.

Thousand Acre Farm is a unique, rustic waterfront venue. We host weddings, parties, corporate events and fundraisers. Our main barn has 3 levels: The first floor Lodge room, the main floor for dining and dancing and our loft which consists of fun sitting areas for your guests as well as a bridal suite and salon. We also have the smaller Cider Barn where the groom and groomsmen get ready as well as an upstairs luxurious suite for an overnight stay.
