I grew up in Charlotte, VT where I fell in love with Lake Champlain and all the beauty that Vermont has to offer. I now live in Rouses Point, NY and continue to be drawn by Lake Champlain and its charm. I love what I do. I found my way to professional photography in a roundabout way, having started my working career as a marine scientist and environmental educator in CA and then on Maui. After years immersed in the ocean and hundreds of hours spent underwater, I realized that I was happiest on days when I could adventure freely with a camera in hand. The drive to learn more and become a better photographer lead me back to school on the east coast, where I ended up finding a new dream career and a home and community that I love.

I live for SU basketball, and love just about any other Syracuse sports team (Crunch, Mets - count me in).
