We have 3 large overhead doors that open up to a scenic view of our bluffs where you can have your ceremony & reception. The inside venue seats 450 guests and with the doors open we can accommodate over 750. The best part is that all of it is yours Friday through Sunday! With the Best Western Plus Hotel and Swing Bridge Pub onsite and plenty of free parking, you and your guests will enjoy the true convenience of a one-stop-shop experience! The Blue Moon is the only true ballroom in the Rochester area. The sound system is fantastic and used by our recommended DJs. Studio324 can host approximately 80 people for a sit down meal using round dinner tables or closer to 110 with a more informal cocktail set up. A projector and sound system are also available for rent to keep the ideas flowing. The rental rate for the studio is $850 (Fri-Sat) or $650 (Sun-Thur) for up to six hours of time. We’ve owned and operated our family perennial farm with sprawling gardens which has hosted hundreds of weddings for over 25 years. Our new wedding & events facility is a heated & cooled vintage, European-style carriage house to match our existing civil war era (1858!) brick house. The Carriage House can accommodate 150 guests in the warm months and 100 in the winter. The space flows into the gardens and expansive patio area for additional seating.
