Wild Flowers Of Parkland/Coral Springs

5.0

  • Starts at $2,000
  • Serves Pembroke Pines, FL

Thank you for looking at our profile. We have been in business for just over 10 years now. I started my career as a very young child. It's a long story but a french woman by the name of Florette sparked my interest at 6 years old. I visited her at her home, which was her shop as well, my whole childhood. She taught me everything about greenhouse management, growing plants and floral arranging. What she really gave me was a love for growing and designing gods most beautiful creations. Let your inspiration and imagination run wild. Then let our team of designers put that into the most beautiful flowers on your special occasion.

Wild Flowers of Parkland/Coral Springs provided the bouquets for our wedding, and we couldn't have been happier with their services. Cliff was efficient and caring in his communications, always responding promptly to emails and calls with thoughtful answers to our questions. The quality of the bouquets was excellent - they were simply beautiful! As a special gesture, Cliff created a matching boutonniere for my husband that coordinated perfectly with my bridal bouquet. He also graciously allowed me to visit the studio ahead of the wedding to see an example of what my bouquet would look like. Having seen Cliff's stellar work at my best friend's wedding the year before, I was confident that Wild Flowers could deliver exceptional floral arrangements for our big day - and they did not disappoint! From communication to execution, Wild Flowers exceeded our expectations and contributed to making our wedding absolutely magical.

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Pembroke Pines, FL

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

We were on a strict budget for our wedding. I knew that florals would be the best way to save on some of the huge wedding costs. I found out about Flower Moxie from googling where I would get wholesale flowers. I was immediately hooked once I saw the flower options, tutorials, and worksheets to help plan out my special day. I am very big on organization, and this website had resources for every step of the way. I found the perfect combination of flowers for my boho wedding. I ordered the flowers about 2 months before our big day. It was a destination wedding, so I was checking into our airbnb on the day the flowers were arriving. I had them scheduled to be delivered at the Fedex holding center near by. I thought the company only used Fedex shipping based on my research. I went into full panic mode when I saw the flowers had been shipped by UPS. I immediately called UPS and Fedex, and to be honest I was stunned at the behavior on the other side of the phone. The flowers were still in transit, and no one would help me with rerouting. I called Flower Moxie to see if they could change things on their side as they were the sender. Luis answered the phone and it felt like I finally had someone looking out for me. I had already spent 4 hours on the phone with the shipping companies and gotten nowhere. Luis said he was on it and not to worry. I ordered enough flowers for 18 centerpieces, 70 bud vases, 8 bouquets, and 1 flower arch. Needless to say, it was quite the ordeal to reroute everything. Over the next 48 hours, Luis kept in constant contact with me about the progress of the shipment. I know I was on the phone for at least 6 hours with this ordeal, and I wouldn't be surprised if he had spent about 15 hours talking to UPS, Fedex, florists, and customs to get me my flowers. He made me feel calm and taken care of. Everyone was coming to me with questions and concerns the entire wedding week, and I can't express how it felt to have someone have my back, and take an extremely big tasks off my plate. I would absolutely recommend this company for DIY brides. And I hope this review is seen by Flower Moxie to highlight an outstanding employee with excellent customer service. In an age when it takes time and multiple attempts in order to talk to a person on the phone, I am so appreciative of the effort that was given by Luis for my wedding day. He made me feel like it was an important event for him too. Thank you Luis for making my wedding dreams come true! My sister also mentioned you in her MOH wedding speech. We were all impressed :)

As my fiancé and I started the wedding planning process, we joked that our loose theme would be “flowers and love.” We knew we wanted lots of beautiful, lush florals as the primary decor focus, and also knew we didn’t want to spend the many thousands of dollars to achieve that look with a standard florist. If you’re in the same boat, and have an appetite for some DIYing, I’d STRONGLY recommend working with Bloom Culture. After some Googling for DIY wedding florals, I came across Bloom Culture and spoke with Allison for a custom consultation. During the call, Allison helped me express the type of floral look we were going for, and built out a custom floral package that would achieve it. She also laid out the delivery and prep process, and we landed on a final package and timeline for delivery. We received a LARGE box of flowers the week before the wedding and were immediately pleased with the quantity and quality of flowers we had received. Allison’s guide mentioned that some crushed or damaged blooms would be completely normal, but everything was so well packaged we didn’t notice more than a few damaged stems. From there, the DIYing began. Between unpacking, trimming, de-thorning, trimming again, building bouquets, arrangements, boutonnieres, etc, etc, it was a LOT of work. However, we referenced Allison’s guides (written, video tutorials) religiously and they laid out everything perfectly. She strongly recommends having plenty of assistants -- pay attention to this advice! Find a few trusted friends or family members who have time and artistic ability and it will make all the difference in your stress levels. The flowers all lasted beautifully for the wedding and we received so many compliments on how they looked. Allison - thank you for everything!

The idea of this business came from the day I began planning my wedding... I am one of the most picky and indecisive people, ever. So when I began looking for my decor and could not find anything that I 1. did not want to change or 2. was not over priced, I thought it was just related to some of my more unattractive traits 😅 However, it did not take me long to come up with this brilliant idea of helping others get EXACTLY what they want for an AFFORDABLE price. 💡 My goal is to help everyone bring their idea of perfect to life! 🎉

I would recommend Samantha a million times to design your artificial flowers! Not only did she design beautiful flowers, but she stayed in contact from the time she started until she finished to be sure she was designing exactly what I wanted.
