Sunset Landing welcomes you to our serene family farm! We are situated on 50 beautiful acres in Wilmington, Ohio. Our property boasts breathtaking views of our 3 acre pond, lush wooded area, and the best sunsets in town! This English Manor Country Home, built in 1920, features outstanding indoor and outdoor areas including an elaborate back terrace and custom deck overlooking a wooded ravine. Two distinctive rooms in the massive stone building provide space for special event activities and displays. Say “I do” in the native plant-inspired Haile Pillar Garden, then move to the Tritsch Terrace for a memorable reception surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. The stunning wooded views, professional native landscaping and historical features, make this a perfect setting for any event. This is a very private area including a private parking lot. Built in 1920, and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2016, the impressive Groesbeck Estate includes a pillar garden, interior metal artwork from Marie Zimmerman, and an expansive greenhouse with a historic stone house.

We welcome guests who are planning a wedding, family reunion, graduation, corporate outing, or any other type of celebration. We have a large tent (20 ft. x 100 ft.) on a concrete pad for outdoor events and climate-controlled restroom facilities. The restroom building also has a separate dressing room area. A large pavilion is also available to serve as an area to serve food and beverage. A pergola with a large concrete area is available for the wedding ceremony. We are constructing a 10,000 sq. ft. indoor event center with a January, 2023 estimated completion date. It will include a catering area, bar, bridal suite, additional restrooms and a large patio area next to the pond.

We are the Boswell family. Wolf Run Acres is concept that came about after hosting our daughters weddings and struggling to find the country setting they wanted. After hosting one on this site under a tent we rented, we decided this is a beautiful setting for a wedding venue. We wanted to give our guests a beautiful dream country wedding, but design it to be more industrial and modern and less rustic than comparable venues. Our hope is to give each couple, a unique, beautiful setting while ensuring they have the wedding of their dreams. We work with each couple from the time we meet them through their day, making sure we meet all their needs and coordinating with their vendors to ensure they have as stress free and enjoyable day as possible.

Weymouth Hill is a park and outdoor wedding venue in Ironton, Ohio. This charming property has both indoor and outdoor function spaces that would be ideal for hosting milestone events.
