We are a unique, family-owned and -operated wedding and event venue located on 10 acres, just 5 miles East of The Woodlands. Lone Star Hall, our existing barn, has a familiar dance hall feel and our amazing outdoor space feels like your own backyard. San Jacinto Hall, our brand-new modern farmhouse, can accommodate up to 225 guests and has an amazing back porch overlooking a grassy courtyard and the pond! Rentals range from Venue Only up to All-Inclusive or can be customized to anywhere in between. Alcohol must be purchased through the venue, but other than that, we have a 100% open vendor policy with no fees for outside vendors.

Tired of the same wedding barn look? This 1883 historic Laundry building is the epitome of a unique venue. It has several spaces to choose from- from an intimate 50 person ballroom (great for ceremonies) to a larger 150 person main reception area. The outdoor terrace has beautiful party lights and allows the party to spill outside. There is also a 2 bedroom apartment that can be included to use as a bridal suite or to house the couple. The flexible space is set up with A/V and projector and comes with square tables that can be arranges in multiple ways. We are an open vendor venue and you can provide your own alcohol (with TABC bartending) saving you money. Or leave the planning to us and check out our affordable all-inclusive options. Texas Rock House is a labor of love. My grandparents built the house and barns in the 1940's as a working farm for their family. My mother was the youngest of seven children that grew up here. I grew up almost across the street with my mom (Joyce), daddy (Buddy), and brother (Larry). Larry and I spent almost every Friday night here - listening to his records on Grandma's old record player or sitting on the back porch swing counting the number of cars on the trains as they passed by. Having throughout my life a heart for restoration, I couldn’t help myself when I discovered this property. It had been neglected for years but I could see its potential and its location was perfect. It was tucked just far enough out of the city to feel the serenity of country but not so far out that it was a trip to get there. It had the perfect charm for a wedding venue with its 100 year old house with a wrap around porch surrounded by 100 year old oak trees and the old barn. We designed our venue as an all-inclusive host to your wedding to enable you as a couple and your families to enjoy the celebration while making lasting, precious memories. We guide you through every aspect of planning then execute your plan on the day of. We take charge of making your day everything you dreamt it would be and giving you the ability to focus on the enjoyment of the event rather than its delivery.

Historic. Affordable. Unique. Cotton Gin No. 116 is a historic event venue located in Brookshire, Texas, 15 minutes west of Katy, Tx. Originally established in 1936 as a working Cotton Gin, this venue has been recently renovated into unique event space.

Your wedding at Palm Royal Villa will begin in one of two get-ready suites, both of which are elegantly furnished to create relaxing atmospheres. One of these suites is painted a pale pink and comes with chic chaise lounges, four vanities, and a floral accent wall. The other has a metallic color scheme, comfortable black leather couches, and a flat screen TV. From here, you will make your way down the grand staircase to the main level for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Round and banquet tables, Chiavari chairs with cushions, and floor-length black and white linens. You will also have access to the property ahead of the festivities for a two-hour photo shoot and a one-hour rehearsal. On the momentous occasion, a venue manager will be on-site to make sure that everything runs smoothly. The event staff also offers valet parking and assistance with setup and cleanup. The Middleton venue is a brand new event venue that just finished building in September 2023. This cozy luxurious event center is also a historical replica of the Stewart and Wright drugstore that was once in old Katy! The Middleton venue is a cozy 1274 ft.² we do provide tables chairs for your event. Our Max occupancy is 85 people standing 65 seated. We have two wheelchair accessible bathrooms with baby changing stations in both and easy parking right next to the venue.

Your event just got more sophisticated. When you book with Brandt 1910 you are adding historical style and class to your wedding, party, or private event. Built in 1910 by F.D. Brandt, the "Coca-Cola" building was originally constructed as a general store. Later, the building was split in two to make room for a pharmacy which complimented the nearby local doctor's office which was run by Dr. J.T. Mize, Physician, and Surgeon from 1920 - 1944. The general store, pharmacy, and doctor's office played an integral role in supporting the local commerce that was brought in by the Gulf, Colorado, and Santa Fe Railroad. In the 1960s the general store was sold and over the years played host to a number of restaurants and an antique store which was owned by Cal Ray Schluter who believed in preserving the old building for future generations. In 2022, Mr. Schluter sold the building to Joshua and Natalie DeJong with the purpose of restoring and preserving the building for its historic beauty.
