Step inside the Carriage House and discover the inviting ambiance created by our large custom oval wooden bar, expertly crafted from the original wooden planks of the barn itself. Café lights illuminate the space, casting a warm glow over gatherings of family and friends as they enjoy hors d'oeuvres and signature cocktails. Large barn sliding doors open to reveal views of our scenic surroundings, allowing guests to soak in the beauty of our expansive grounds.

At Twin Silos we only do one wedding on a weekend to provide each couple the time and attention they deserve for their special event. The barn and grounds rental generally runs from Friday at 10:00am thru Sunday 1:00pm. This provides ample time for decorating, rehearsal, on-site wedding and the reception. The reception area includes heat and air conditioning, separate women's & men's bathrooms both with multiple stalls and a separate ADA compliant bathroom. Also included are tables and white chairs for the ceremony and reception. We offer a cake display area, amber up lighting into the rafters and all lights can be dimmed. The outside area offers a 10' x 30' front stone patio and an attached 20' x 70' covered deck. Both of these entrances are wheelchair accessible. The deck also has tent sides that can be used to enclose the entire deck for inclement weather. We look forward to meeting with you and working to make your special day go perfectly.

The new 4992-square foot Finger Lakes venue features a state-of-the-art distilling room that is highlighted by a custom-built, 500-gallon copper, two-stage hybrid pot still/ reflux column still from HBS Copper, the commercial division of Hillbilly Stills in Tennessee.
