Nicole was very informative and really sold us on the place (not that we needed much convincing). This was the only venue we looked at and we booked it. We can't wait to have our wedding here next year and already love working with Nicole!

There is a saying that goes “people may not remember what you said, but they will always remember how you made them feel”. I suppose that is a perfect place to start. From the moment we stepped into the The Madison for our initial tour, wedding coordinator Thomas made us not only feel completely comfortable but also that he was just as excited as we were to plan our wedding. His energy and passion made us confident that we not only had found the venue we desired, but the staff as well. Through months of planning he was 100% on top of every detail. There was no stone left unturned as he helped guide us to creating the wedding of our dreams. On the actual wedding day, Thomas and the staff at The Madison collaborated so seamlessly with all of our vendors. Everyone was completely in tune with our vision and made sure the execution was perfect. Our bartenders and the wait staff were 100% on point the entire night and all of our guests complimented how well the service and food was! As for the atmosphere of the venue itself – absolutely stunning! We were married outdoor by the fireplace shortly after sunset. Words cannot give justice to how breathtaking this backdrop was and it was the most romantic setting to exchange our vows. We would strongly recommend reviewing some of the pictures on their Instagram account so you can see how truly beautiful this space is. We were concerned about the cold since we did get married in the heart of winter, but there were ample heaters aligned around the seats so our guests remained comfortable and the fireplace by our side kept us warm through the entire ceremony. We cannot thank The Madison enough for making sure our wedding day was perfect!

My husband and I got engaged in November 2022 and started looking for vendors December 2022. We wanted a place that also did catering and was unique for our guests. We toured Lilah and only one other place and we didn't even bother with anywhere else at that point. We both consider ourselves fans of the Philadelphia gastronomy scene and when we found out Lilah's association with Zahav, Laser Wolf, Federal Donuts, Goldie, etc etc...it was one of the easiest decisions we ever made. Our wedding was in November 2023 and the indoor setting with the beautiful iron doors made it unforgettable. The tasting session was really a chance for us and a few close friends to enjoy an intimate delicious dinner and we were completely stuffed afterwards. We also got our wedding cake from Lilah and the pistachio was both unique and delicious with our guests raving about it afterwards. For our wedding, the transition from ceremony to cocktail hour was seamless and the reception was beautiful! Our favorite part, hands down, was the food. To this day our guests say that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. Neira, Jess, and Shari are an incredible team. They were so patient with us. My husband and I expected to not eat any of the food during our own ceremony but the staff made absolute certain that that did not happen and they gave us a private room with the cocktail menu in its own beautifully served platter. Plus we got to keep any leftovers which made us very happy for the next week! If you are looking for a truly unique wedding venue that celebrates some of the best food Philadelphia has to offer, we cannot recommend Lilah enough. They truly made the day/night unforgettable and we are truly blessed to have them as part of our lives from now onwards.

FringeArts is a unique venue in Old City with two versatile spaces that can be rented separately or together, based on the couple’s vision. Most often the spaces are rented together. Our restaurant can seat 80 or host a standing cocktail reception for 150. FringeArts can accommodate up to 200 guests for a seated dinner in their space. The two spaces are separated by a moveable air wall. We can host a ceremony and cocktail hour in the restaurant and in Haas Biergarten right outside, and then open the wall to reveal a dining room space in the FringeArts theater. After dinner, head back out to the main bar and hit up the dance floor, or head outside to Haas Biergarten. Outside we have a bar that is operational May-October, lawn games, fire pits, and a great view of the Ben Franklin Bridge!

My husband and I hosted our summer wedding with La Peg at Fringe Arts last summer and it could not have been a more perfect day and the best planning and execution experience, from start to finish. We were an out of town couple planning our wedding here, as we moved from Philly to DC, so communication was really important throughout the process, and everyone we worked with made sure to keep communication open and frequent. We loved how unique La Peg’s atmosphere was for our black & white, modern, elegant black tie wedding. The exposed brick, high vaulted ceilings, and industrial, urban elements juxtaposed perfectly against pure white floral clouds hanging in their theatre space, with dark linens. Everything I had envisioned in my mind came to life perfectly in this space. The first reason we wanted to have our wedding here was because when we lived in Philadelphia, we loved dining here and their food was always incredible. It was even better on our wedding night. We had the best experience hand selecting our menu, having a lot of flexibility and our guests were wowed with the options we selected, along with a bar that was fully stocked and no glass was ever empty. A year later and guests are still raving about how unique our venue was, how incredible the food and drink was, and how seamless the staff made the entire experience. My husband and I say the same. I would do it all over again with them. The absolute best night of our lives. Thank you to everyone at La Peg at Fringe Arts for making our wedding so perfect and memorable!

Arch Street Meeting House is a historic wedding venue located in Old City Philadelphia. The land on which Arch Street Meeting House stands was officially deeded to the Quakers in 1701 and used as a burial ground until 1872. The building was constructed in stages from 1803-1811 when need arose of a larger Meeting House in Philadelphia. The site is still an active place of worship in addition to being used as an educational museum space, and was designated a National Historic Landmark in 2011. It is frequently rented for conferences, weddings, dinners, and graduations. The building sits on just shy of 2 acres, and our grounds include both grassy & brick spaces and lots of mature trees. The entire site exudes an overall historic charm.

Arch Street Meeting House proved to be the ideal spot for our wedding. Jenn was an absolute pleasure to work with and made sure she understood exactly what we were looking for and how her team could help bring it to fruition. They allowed us to close the grounds to the public so that our guests could mingle and sip champagne outside in the beautiful weather. All of the guests commented on how tangibly historical the venue was and how they loved the simplicity and timelessness of the ceremony space. (Which looks absolutely stunning in the few preview photos we've gotten back.) Because it was so much more affordable, we also decided to hold our rehearsal dinner there and hired a taco truck to act as the caterers. All in all, I can't recommend ASMH or Jenn and the team more highly!!

Royal Boucherie was the perfect venue for our small, intimate wedding ceremony and reception. Samantha, the events manager, was so kind and responsive through the whole planning process, helping us to customize our events schedule, drink, and menu options to get exactly what we wanted. The garden patio is such a beautiful ceremony location and the upstairs parlour room was perfect for a cozy, romantic cocktail hour and dinner. The staff were so kind and courteous through the entire event and the food was incredible! We loved having our wedding at Royal Boucherie!
