The Preserve was among the earliest farms to open its doors and was known as "Hayford's in the Fields" in the 1890's. Apple Acres Farm is a certified organic fruit farm located just 45 minutes west of Portland, Maine, in the western Lakes & Mountains region. Your ceremony and reception will be nestled in the trees, overlooking the Saco River Valley. Our venue offers a wide variety of packages with a starting cost of $5,000 + rentals (tent, chairs, tables etc). We can offer wedding coordination, custom lighting installs, cider cocktails, a rehearsal dinner space in our Treehouse Room, and more! We pride ourselves on our personalized service--we are primarily a farm, and so each wedding that we book is a commitment we take on to you and your family, working with you to realize your perfect day.

The barn at ColdSpring Farm was built in 2008-09 and updated as a venue in 2019. It is a true post and beam barn intended originally for our horses but they prefer to be outside no matter what the weather or season! The barn is rustic yet elegant and has many lovely features to facilitate your special day! The downstairs is fully equipped for dining or dancing, cocktails or even your ceremony should rain threaten. The upstairs is bright, open and typically where dinner is served and a great place for dancing into the evening. A sweet Bride's Cottage sits near our ceremony area. It is a magical little cottage meant for the bride and her party. The ceremony area is fully of live edge benches and a beautiful cedar arbor. And finally, the patio has a large fire pit, a bocce court, rustic tables and plenty of spots for s'mores and fun throughout your day and evening.

The Ponderosa is a family-owned property. Our packages offer a 3-day use of the outdoor property and a 1-day use of the Ranch on the day of your event. Make your wedding day into a getaway with your family and friends. Plenty of time and space to plan, decorate, and celebrate.

Located in the western mountains and farmlands of Maine, the Barton Family Farm is a family run venue that has a little something for everyone! At the BFF you receive Friday-Sunday use of our estate which includes our wedding barn (seats 106), farmhouse (sleeps 10), parking, apple orchard, 8 acre hayfield with mountain views, pond, firepit, covered bar, chairs, decorative tables, lawn games, flower gardens, and much more! Our partner, Strange Events will be your day of coordinator, and is included in the price of the venue. Flanagan Farm hosts exquisite events year round. With two magnificent barns set on 66 acres, the property is versatile and accommodating—designed to take advantage of Maine’s four seasons. Flanagan Farm offers an unforgettable backdrop to host your event, whether it is an intimate gathering, an all out bash, or the wonderful options in between. Weddings at Flanagan Farm include use of the entire property, including overnight accommodations in the farmhouse for 10-12 guests from Thursday through Sunday. You are welcome to host your ceremony and reception on site, as well as rehearsal dinner, welcome drinks, and even a farewell brunch if you'd like. Welcome to The Barn at Union Lake Orchard. This 3rd generation farm has been offering its farm fresh produce for 40 years. Our hand crafted, 3 story, timber frame event Barn provides you the beauty and timelessness of farmland in Barrington, NH. Framed by colorful flowers and rows of lush peach trees this event space will be one to remember. Our wedding season is late May through mid October.

We have a separate ceremony patio, a lawn ceremony option as well as a cocktail hour veranda. Ceremonies can take place on the patio, the grounds or under the trees or almost anywhere couples would like to on the property. We are an a la cart venue, which means we are a blank slate for you to create the wedding of your dreams. we offer ceremony benches a wooden arbor and a good amount of decor and lighting. There are TWO 5 bedroom houses on the property for rent. These houses are perfect for your wedding parties to stay at, and get ready at.

Welcome to The Barn at Bull Meadow, a 7,000 square foot rustic yet modern wedding and event center located less than 10 minutes from downtown Concord, New Hampshire. The barn was purpose built from the ground up in 2020 to host weddings and other events, including corporate gatherings and family parties for up to 180 guests. It’s located on a secluded 34 acre meadow with open fields and a beautiful pond which provides the perfect backdrop for your on-site wedding ceremony.

This venue was originally the private residence of the Kimball family, the elegant Victorian Mansion and Gardens as well as the casual Carriage House will give guests a memorable experience at this historical Concord, NH estate.

The historic Horse & Hound is a 12-bedroom lodge in the White Mountains that is perfect for an intimate micro-wedding or grand affair. Guests have easy access to some of the northeast's best hiking, and mountain and road biking. The lodge sits on a quiet country road two hours from Boston, Portland and Burlington, so your guests will have easy access to airport. The eight-acre estate offers variety of options for wedding events, including: an exposed-beam dining room, a large paved patio, upper and lower outdoor terraces, a charming garden and greenhouse, and a horse trailer bar! Couples can also take advantage of the venue’s many photo opportunities, including among the sugar maples and the bridge over the babbling brook. Maine's only greenhouse event venue exclusively designed for wedding receptions and ceremonies. 2021 marks 72 years of Highland Farm’s history in Scarborough, Maine. From the beginning, the property has been operating as a greenhouse. In fact, in the 1800’s, Highland Farm was the largest supplier of cut flowers in the Northeast. Highland Farm is a family owned and operated business, and the undeniable sense of family and welcome energy is palpable the moment you step on the grounds. The saying is true here: “you come as strangers and leave as family.” The Greenhouse and The Farm has been run by 3rd generation owners, Joe and Christine since 2008, but Joe and Christine’s involvement in the farm runs far deeper than ownership. Foster’s Clambakes and Catering is an event venue and full-service catering company located in York Harbor, Maine. Foster’s is famous for its clambakes, lobster, Maine cuisine and personal service. They offer indoor and outdoor receptions, rehearsal dinners and ceremonies at their venue. They are also partnered with several seacoast event venues and cater throughout New England. Foster’s main function space which can host 75-300 guests, is a rustic space with stone fireplaces, surrounded by windows with access to outdoor cocktail space lit by bistro lighting with a fire pit. There is a grassy outdoor ceremony or reception space that can hold ceremonies of all sizes or tented events for up to 400 guests. It sits beside a picturesque pond and includes large wooden ceremony arbor and bench seating. For more intimate weddings and rehearsal dinners the York Room can host 30-70 guests and has a modern barn style with opening to outdoor cocktail space with bistro lighting and fire pit.

The Moffatt-Ladd House was built between 1760 and 1763 for the only son of John Moffatt, one of the wealthiest men in the colony of New Hampshire prior to the Revolution. Samuel and Sarah Catherine Moffatt were the first to live in the house and they took up residence shortly after their wedding in February 1764. They would be the beginning of almost 150 years of the same family living in the stately home on Fore Street (now Market Street), overlooking the Piscataqua River. The Garden was laid out in its present form by Alexander Hamilton Ladd in the late nineteenth century. His daily records reveal that he obtained plants from the gardens of his mother and grandmother and that he was an enthusiastic bulb gardener. A 300-foot axis path flanked by formal gardens leads from the house up four terraces to a wrought-iron gate at the rear boundary. Grass steps lead to the upper flower beds.
