Nazareth Hall is known throughout the region as a banquet and wedding facility, but it’s the rich history and lush setting that draws people here. Built in 1927 as an all-boy Catholic boarding school. It eventually evolved into a renowned military school for boys. Throughout its history the school stayed true to its Catholic roots and the nuns who served and taught here. Operating until 1982 the stories written within its walls are still told today. Re-emerging with a new mission and purpose in April of 1991, Nazareth Hall was reborn. It is in this picturesque place, reminiscent of castles of old, that brides come to be married and celebrate with family and friends in grand ballrooms. The classrooms and meeting spaces offer the perfect vintage background for business training sessions, and the manicured lawns have been host to numerous parties and festivities.

Strongwater Events is a dynamic industrial wedding venue housed in the middle of a century old warehouse in the Franklinton Arts District, just outside of downtown Columbus, OH. We have three distinct spaces all connected to each other to allow for many different sized weddings. We share the warehouse with Strongwater Food & Spirits and 400 West Rich artist studios and are extremely grateful to be a part of this thriving hub of creativity! Formerly St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church, originally built in 1850. The building was deconsecrated in 1974. That same year the building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places. In 1981, The Verdin Company, North America's oldest bell and clock company, purchased historic St. Paul's Church. The beautiful building housed The Verdin Company corporate headquarters and the Verdin Bell and Clock Museum. In the late 1990's, The Bell Event Centre was created in St. Paul's Church. Featuring hand-painted murals, marble, stained glass windows, vaulted ceilings, terrazzo flooring, & a cobblestone courtyard, this spectacular venue made for an unrivaled setting for events. Where elegance and frugal unite. The Davis-Shai House is a historical 1861 Gothic Revival home/venue that offers classic charm that marries elegance with affordability. Our Camelot room offers large windows with natural light, a gorgeous crystal chandelier and views of the front gardens. The Fairview room has a fireplace, glass doors to join the Camelot room and doors that open to the outdoor veranda and front gardens. In-house catering or preferred caterer with a variety of menu options to select. Our menu options include plated lunches and dinner, English teas, and party packages (light hors d’oeuvres and appetizers), as well as bar service. All event rentals include: indoor tables, chairs, all table linens, centerpieces, glassware, drinks, set up and clean up, and friendly staff and volunteers. 21c Cincinnati is a contemporary art museum hotel. This beautiful hotel is located in a building that is over 100 years old. The WACO Aircraft Company was the largest manufacturer of civil aircraft in the 1920's and 30's. We also designed and built the CG4A Glider used in WW II. We have 10 aircraft and memorabilia on display. Depending on the time of year, you could also schedule an open cockpit biplane ride!

Our venue began in 1928. The historic building was home to The Mt. Lookout Theater. People have been entertained in the space for generations. In 2007 we gave the entire interior fresh start choosing to bring the space back to it's original open layout with a nod to it's Art Deco past. The exterior is mostly original and having your name in lights and our marquis is a timeless photo opportunity and great first impression when your guests arrive.
