But eating food from a menu that my husband and I got to custom design with Jim was truly an unforgettable experience. All of the guests loved the food, and Jim and his team tackle every request that you throw their way! My husband is Dominican, and Jim made sure that the Dominican food he made was authentic and delicious. At one point, my husband's aunts asked whether a Dominican was working in the kitchen! Moreover, Erica, our event planner, went above and beyond to ensure that we had a perfect weekend! IslandWood is a magical place, and your wedding will be magical if you choose to have it there. Yes, it is pricey, but the experiences that you, your family, and your friends will leave with are truly invaluable!”
