Hi, I’m Debbie, the heart behind Debbie’s Dream Boutique. After being diagnosed with a neuromuscular disease, I found my passion creating faux wedding flowers that last as long as the memories they celebrate. What began as healing through creativity became my dream: helping couples bring their vision to life with timeless blooms. Each bouquet is crafted with love, care, and the belief that beauty can bloom through life’s challenges. Your love story inspires me, and your dreams are my dream, too.

Debbie's Dream Boutique was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding flowers! Their communication was constant, fast, accurate, and complete throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work was superb - the arrangements they created were true works of art using only the highest quality faux flowers. They were on site 3 hours early to make sure everything was set up perfectly, so we didn't have to worry about a single thing when it came to our flowers. If you're looking to save money by going the faux flower route for your wedding, Debbie's Dream Boutique is the florist you want to use. We couldn't have been happier with the end result!

It is not an overstatement to say that Will and Becky almost singlehandedly made our wedding happen. After the hurricane in WNC, we unexpectedly had to completely change our wedding plans with less than two weeks to go. Both Becky and Will pulled in favors, put in extra hours, and did whatever they needed to do to make our wedding happen. And amazingly, you never would have known come wedding day. The florals and other decorations were stunning, and the entire day went flawlessly. You never would have guessed that things had been put together on such short notice. It's a testament to how talented they both are, and how much they cared about making our day so special. We can't even begin to thank them enough.

Something Borrowed Blooms was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding flowers. From the beginning, their communication was simple, easy, and direct - making the process completely worry-free. Their selection was great, and their prices were incredibly affordable, which was a huge relief as we planned our wedding from out of town. Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

4.8

  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Norwood, NC

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
We were on a strict budget for our wedding. I knew that florals would be the best way to save on some of the huge wedding costs. I found out about Flower Moxie from googling where I would get wholesale flowers. I was immediately hooked once I saw the flower options, tutorials, and worksheets to help plan out my special day. I am very big on organization, and this website had resources for every step of the way. I found the perfect combination of flowers for my boho wedding. I ordered the flowers about 2 months before our big day. It was a destination wedding, so I was checking into our airbnb on the day the flowers were arriving. I had them scheduled to be delivered at the Fedex holding center near by. I thought the company only used Fedex shipping based on my research. I went into full panic mode when I saw the flowers had been shipped by UPS. I immediately called UPS and Fedex, and to be honest I was stunned at the behavior on the other side of the phone. The flowers were still in transit, and no one would help me with rerouting. I called Flower Moxie to see if they could change things on their side as they were the sender. Luis answered the phone and it felt like I finally had someone looking out for me. I had already spent 4 hours on the phone with the shipping companies and gotten nowhere. Luis said he was on it and not to worry. I ordered enough flowers for 18 centerpieces, 70 bud vases, 8 bouquets, and 1 flower arch. Needless to say, it was quite the ordeal to reroute everything. Over the next 48 hours, Luis kept in constant contact with me about the progress of the shipment. I know I was on the phone for at least 6 hours with this ordeal, and I wouldn't be surprised if he had spent about 15 hours talking to UPS, Fedex, florists, and customs to get me my flowers. He made me feel calm and taken care of. Everyone was coming to me with questions and concerns the entire wedding week, and I can't express how it felt to have someone have my back, and take an extremely big tasks off my plate. I would absolutely recommend this company for DIY brides. And I hope this review is seen by Flower Moxie to highlight an outstanding employee with excellent customer service. In an age when it takes time and multiple attempts in order to talk to a person on the phone, I am so appreciative of the effort that was given by Luis for my wedding day. He made me feel like it was an important event for him too. Thank you Luis for making my wedding dreams come true! My sister also mentioned you in her MOH wedding speech. We were all impressed :)

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

Working with Avenue Design Studio was such a pleasure! While florals were important to me, I didn’t feel the need to be heavily involved, and their team made the process so easy. They truly listened to my vision, allowed for updates as my plans evolved, and then took care of everything from there. They were incredibly helpful in working within my budget, creatively repurposing ceremony florals for the reception tables, which made the whole evening feel cohesive and elegant. I appreciated their attention to detail, like including flowers I love (amaranthus) and avoiding ones I don’t (baby’s breath). Their ability to travel and stay all day to assist with setup was such a bonus. Highly recommend Avenue Design Studio!

I love that her flower designs mimic real flowers and that foliage was an option. She took the care to make sure I had what I wanted and sent me multiple pictures during the process and of the finished result before we picked them up for the wedding. She accepted my feedback and made changes to the bouquets to match my vision. I still have my bouquet and my husbands boutonniere as keepsakes that remind me of our special day. J+M Event Co

4.7

  • Serves Norwood, NC

At J+M Event Co, we believe the best things in life are worth celebrating! We would love to customize your perfect wedding. We provide fresh and faux floral, decor rentals and set up, and coordinating packages. We can’t wait to meet you!

I connected with J&M about 4-5 months out from the wedding through my wedding coordinator. They had some pics of past work, not much that was really my style, so I was nervous about that but they assured me they could customize anything to my taste. Since they didn’t have what I was looking for they said they would order what I wanted. The problem started when to secure my date they required I sign a contract for a specific number/type of center pieces (charging a set price/centerpiece) before I had my venue booked. I ended up needing to change the numbers we had agreed on when I finally booked my venue because we had estimated for the contract since I didn’t know how many of each table size/shape the venue would have. J &M did not want to let me change the numbers on the contract (which we had both agreed at the time we came up with them were only estimates) and only did so once my wedding coordinator contacted them about it. They also were not able to give me any pictures of what my center pieces would look like at any point before the wedding which was a little scary as a bride who likes to have everything planned out well ahead of time. The centerpieces and decorations ended up looking great the day of the wedding, but the whole process was more stressful than I would have preferred. Their communication was mainly through email and often they would not reply for over 24 hours, which was frustrating if we needed to have a 2-4 email exchange about something because it could take days to resolve a simple question. Their pricing is very competitive in the market and the work they did ended up looking amazing, but overall working with them added a lot of stress to my planning process. They also did my bouquets and decorated the arch I provided and those two aspects came out looking wonderful as well. I would recommend them if you are super chill and don’t care to be involved in any details and have your venue booked by the time you contact them.

Rainey Day Bouquets

5.0

  • Serves Norwood, NC

As I prepare for my own wedding in April of next year, I was taken aback by the exorbitant costs associated with floral arrangements. Quotes ranging from $6,000 to $7,000, with a minimum commitment of $4,000, were simply unfeasible for me. This led me to explore alternative solutions, and I discovered a passion for creating my own florals. I was delighted to find that I had a knack for it! This experience sparked the idea to launch my faux floral rental business, driven by the belief that beautiful wedding florals shouldn't come with an astronomical price tag. My goal is to make stunning arrangements accessible to all.

Awarded Best of Zola
While I didn’t use her for a wedding — I most certainly will once I get married! Morgan’s floral arrangements are so well done that I asked to purchase some to decorate my home. Her customer service and attention to detail is out of this world. 10/10 recommend.
