Our specialty is our rehearsal/ wedding ceremony value package. Stay in the 5 bedroom farmhouse cottage on the property and have the rehearsal and dinner on the property or in the workshop party room and then have the ceremony the next day. Both the bridal party and the grooms party can opt to get ready in a beautiful log home; usually the bridal party gets ready in the fully finished walkout basement, and the grooms party on main floor. We are located within 5 miles of Wixom, which offers many hotel options. There is currently no structures in the wedding venue area, but have started construction on a pavilion for the 2024 season. Built-in 1848, the wedding barn was originally a working farm, used as a hay and milking barn on the Briggs family 500-acre farm. Once the family moved on, however, the property slowly fell into disrepair, including the barn. Luckily, right away Joel had an amazing vision for what could be the ideal spot, he saw the potential like no other for a unique Irish Hills Wedding location and was happy to buy the property in 2017. Since then, many hours and much effort have gone into creating the perfect space for weddings. As one of Michigan’s Premier Wedding Venues, this venue is a great choice!

River Dell Venue boasts a river-side ceremony location complete with rough-sawn log benches. There is an intimate wooded trail to get to the river and there is plenty of room to spread out. We have an indoor ceremony location in case of a rainy day and the farmhouse is an excellent bridal suite. River Dell really takes on the style of each couple and is very flexible to individual preferences.

One of kind Rustic yet modern Wedding Barn. The Stables At Oak Ridge Farms was formerly a Horse riding arena with 5 horse stalls for the horses. The barn is a Nucor Steel barn that has been transformed into a Rustic Barn inside with floor to ceiling timber wood siding, horse stalls transformed into a bar, kitchen and modern restrooms, an upper level previous hay mound and storage rooms transformed into a bride and grooms suites. The outside 40 acre farm formerly were horse pastures now transformed into green luscious grass with choices of Arbors for your ceremonies, beautiful ponds, lots of room for parking, with a farm style like ranch gardens and backdrops with woodsy and scenic views for fantastic wedding photos. This is a very relaxing place to just take your shoes off, dance and enjoy the barn that is more than just a barn.

Graystone Banquet Hall sits in a lovely residential neighborhood in Perrysburg, OH. The hall itself is quite spacious and very affordable. It has been hosting events for 10+ years including: wedding and ceremony, fundraisers, special dinners, Christmas parties, baby showers, trade shows, and dances just to name a few. Prior to being a banquet hall it actually used to be a roller skating rink which you can visualize with the large flooring. It also has a very large parking lot to accommodate many vehicles on either side of the building. The hall is conveniently located just minutes away from 795 and several different hotels in the area. Outside catering is welcome and we provide everything for the bar. Our hall can host 350 guests comfortably. We will provide all the tables and chairs for you and set them up as well.
