The Foundry is a beautiful venue and so easy to work with! Angela and Lindsey were so helpful and responsive. We couldn’t have picked a more beautiful setting, it was just perfect. My ONLY complaint is that even though they do not book any other events for the same time, they charge extra to book any rooms in addition to the main space and courtyard.

Having never been privy to what goes into a wedding reception, I was in the dark about a lot. So, I had difficulty understanding what to choose and how much our choices would cost. If it wasn’t for the close proximity to the church, I may have chosen a different venue for our reception. The food and beverage was the biggest expense and the biggest source of confusion. The real disappointment of the F&B was the limited amount of food. The shrimp appetizer was good. However, there was so little, if you didn’t grab some, it was gone. Of the three entrees to choose from, the only one that was any good was the fish and the portion was less than one would reasonably expect for an entree. The chicken was dry and hard, a huge disappointment. The lemon tart dessert was good. The space itself is very nice. Fortunately, it was just the right size for our reception.

From the minute my fiance (now husband!) started looking at wedding venues, we knew we wanted something with a very NYC feel. Tribeca Rooftop was the second venue we looked at and we were sold. We cancelled all our other appointments and signed our contract for a June 2023 wedding. From the beginning of the wedding planning process, Donna was amazing to work with. I asked A LOT of questions and sent A LOT of emails and she always responded in a timely fashion and never made me feel as though I was being annoying (which I'm sure I was being haha). When it was about a month before our wedding, we were handed over to Andrew, who was equally incredible and helpful. On the day of our wedding, we worked with George as our attendant. George was the life of the party, always there to provide us with drinks when we were running low, and will always make sure your lipstick is on and people are where they need to be. George was THE BEST attendant we could have asked for, but I digress... The food: incredible- our cocktail hour was stunning and delicious. SO much food and everyone was raving about how delicious it alll was. The drinks: always flowing and made perfectly! Our bartenders were great and never had people waiting at the bar for their next round. The venue: I mean... STUNNING. Obviously. The staff: amazing! So kind, so helpful, helped really put us at ease throughout the whole process and helped keep our nerves calm on the day of our wedding. Overall: 20/10. The rose room is such a unique venue in LIC that offers incredible views of the city!! However, the liberty to transform the venue into any type of space is what I loved most - its a gorgeous blank canvas that lends itself to any theme. Erica has been so great to work with - unfortunately the wedding planning process can be filled with roadblocks and hurdles but the rose room has by far been the least complicated vendor to work with!

We had the pleasure of hosting our intimate wedding for just over 50 guests at the Renaissance Event Hall in May 2024. The event space is beautiful— although the surrounding area is a bit rough, it’s a space that’s large enough to really bring your vision to life. Originally, our ceremony was supposed to be held on the outdoor patio but after a “rain plan” rehearsal we decided to have the ceremony indoors to make use of the beautiful grand staircase. Affordable space— for NYC? Absolutely. Food— great! Bar— great! Staff— amazing! Shout out to Larry for the amazing lighting. Both Larry and Lisa went above and beyond to make sure guests were served, comfortable, and having a great time. My only wish was that there was a separate groom suite that’s apart from the bridal suite. Here we had to use a foldable partition to separate the bride side from the groom side. Also, our rehearsal was double booked with another wedding party the day before our wedding which was a bit disappointing having to wait and navigate around their rehearsal to complete ours. However, this just seemed to be a simple miscommunication between Lisa and her assistant which I’m hoping won’t be the case with another bride/groom. Overall, it was the perfect space to host our wedding. Lisa was such a pleasure to work with and had such great insights on how to bring together the event in a manner that made the best use of the space. Thank you to the Renaissance Event Hall team!

We had our wedding here in February—it was a beautiful space with large windows that let in so much natural light. We loved how our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were all on different floors. The View was very accommodating of our request to also have a traditional Korean ceremony in the reception space. Overall, it’s a simple, but modern and elegant venue. Food and drinks were amazing—the guests particularly praised the cocktail hour foods. (We also had a donut wall, which was crazy!) And finally, the staff were all so lovely. Vivian and her team helped make sure that our day went as smoothly as possible.

We knew we wanted to host our wedding in Jersey City so our guests could enjoy the skyline and the water views. After viewing multiple venues, we landed on Maritime Parc for 7/20/24 and it was the best decision we made. Our wedding planning ran smoothly because we worked with Maritime’s team. Working with Priscila, the sales manager, was like working with family. She was available whenever I needed her which made getting answers to questions quick and easy. She went above and beyond her role. This venue offers a classy food tasting and cake tasting at their restaurant. Even though they host weddings every weekend, they made us feel that ours was very special and important. We appreciated working with Alexis on our timelines and floor-plan. She was very organized and thought of all the little things that we never would have!! Our day of Captains and Bridal Attendant, Marc, Rita and Patricia were the best!! Always there when we needed them and so so kind. My family members raved about their helpfulness. The entire staff at Maritime (servers, bartenders, valet, etc) were professional and attentive. It is rare to have such good and consistent service at a wedding. Lastly… the FOOD. What other wedding venue serves Scallops over braised short ribs?? None! Choose Maritime for a stress free wedding year!
