Whether for a ceremony and reception, business retreat, or other special occasion, the beautiful clubhouse and recently expanded deck offer spectacular sunset views over the lake and a most beautiful and serene setting for your private gathering. Clubhouse and Deck  The indoor club seating and dance area is completely surrounded on the lake side by folding glass walls that open to the large deck to the water’s edge. There is a combined seating of inside and deck area for over 200 guests for dining and dancing. In the evening the amber lighting strung over the deck and the glowing nautical lamps provide a warm, romantic setting.

We’re a family-oriented restaurant experience that reflects our community’s eclectic tastes and passion for excellent food, just as the surrounding waters of our serene lakefront reflect the changing skies and gorgeous sunsets. Views of the Santa Monica mountains create a stunning backdrop for a casual lunch or a memorable evening. The name of Whispering Oaks Chapel was derived from Whispering Oaks Farm which is located adjacent to Malibu, overlooking beautiful rolling hills and surrounded by Oak, Sycamore, and Majestic Ash trees. An Estate with a lavender garden, rose garden, and private, picturesque settings. We are a Multi-denominational, all inclusive Church/Temple. We Officiate wedding Ceremonies at our location and full service reception at our partner locations or you may organize your own.

The Lodge at Malibou Lake is an historic venue in Agoura, Southern California. We are hidden in the rustic Santa Monica Mountains, shaded by sycamore and oak trees, and beside a storied private lake. The Lodge is located less than an hour from downtown Los Angeles, minutes from the 101 freeway, and a step back in time from the pace of modern life. We host weddings, parties, and corporate events. The Ballroom seats up to 180 with a dance floor, or you may dine outdoors with up to 275 guests on the expansive Great Lawn with a view of Malibou Lake. The Lodge provides catering exclusively by Chef Cordelia, and comes fully furnished with dining tables, chairs, dishware, and lounge furniture.
