Welcome to The Barn at Bull Meadow, a 7,000 square foot rustic yet modern wedding and event center located less than 10 minutes from downtown Concord, New Hampshire. The barn was purpose built from the ground up in 2020 to host weddings and other events, including corporate gatherings and family parties for up to 180 guests. It’s located on a secluded 34 acre meadow with open fields and a beautiful pond which provides the perfect backdrop for your on-site wedding ceremony.

Our on-site team is here to work behind-the-scenes from start to finish to make sure that everything runs smoothly so you can soak in the day. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the inn maintains 19th century character and charm while adding modern conveniences. Multi-paned windows offer stunning views out toward Dewey’s Mill Pond, the Ottauquechee River, and the majestic spruce and hardwood trees that tower over the property. Pipe Dream Brewing is the perfect spot for your small wedding, welcome party, rehearsal dinner, engagement party & more! Our 1,000 sqft. room includes 2 private bathrooms, 9 tap lines, multi-color LED light setup, 50" TV and has a view of the inside of the Brewery! There is room for a band or DJ, or we have a 1600 Watt sound system with an Ipad for a more simple music set up! Our Event Manager will walk you through all the possibilities, and our Head Chef will work with dietary restrictions! We currently do not offer desserts, so you can bring in your own cake/cupcakes!
