Welcome! My name is Hailey I'm a baker and cake designer. Hailey Cakes LLC is a home-based bakery located in Gonzales, Louisiana. We specialize in full flavor cakes, cupcakes, and the occasional pie for weddings and any occasion!

Owners Felix and Cheryl Sherman, natives of New Orleans, opened the doors at The Ambrosia Bakery on December 1, 1993. Looking back, they can truly say that a lot of things happened for a reason. Beginning as a delivery route truck driver and working his way up to branch manager, Felix learned how to successfully lead a team of people in sales and marketing.

Kayla's Cakes by Design is a Micro Bakery in Plaquemine, La. Ive been in business for about 8 years now in South Louisiana and I would love to share my love for my craft with you! I do everything from sculpted grooms cakes and bridal cakes, to small birthday cakes and treats.
