Livengood's Barn, located in Northwest Illinois, is a unique way to celebrate life's major events! With two renovated, climate-controlled barns, and open lawn with pond for outdoor weddings this site has everything you are looking for in a rustic, intimate event. Ed and Kali Livengood have always loved sharing life's special moments with family and friends. Now, they are sharing their property for others to create those special moments as well.

The Ellwood House Museum is an historic estate that offers three unique rental spaces on ten acres of gardens and grounds. These include the first floor and terraces of elegant Ellcourt, an historic Tudar Revival house built in 1899. It is available from March through mid-November and is our only venue where alcohol service is permissible. Ellcourt has an hourly rate of $350. The grounds also offer a choice of three garden spaces for wedding ceremonies. Garden rentals are available mid-May to mid-October and include an inclement weather backup location in the Hearthside Room of the Visitor Center. The rental rate is a flat fee of $500. The third venue is our more casual space, the Hearthside Room, which includes access to the galleries. It is available March through mid-November, and the rental rate is $75 per hour. All venues are limited to 80 people, and both indoor venues have full kitchens.

Embassy Suites Rockford Riverfront opened its doors in July 2020! What once was the Amrock Factory, Embassy Suites Rockford Riverfront has the old factory charm mixed with a brand-new conference center to give your event the "wow" factor that you deserve! The property features 160 guest suites where our guests will receive complimentary hot, made-to-order breakfast, and evening reception with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks with each stay. Embassy Suites Rockford Riverfront also is home to Tower Kitchen and Bar and The Top - an indoor/outdoor bar 12 stories above Rockford! With multiple restaurants, a local coffee shop, golf simulator, game room, pool and hot tub, your guests can have it all without ever having to leave the property!
