Curate provides award-winning catering and bar service through our sister company Taste! To Go Catering and Events. We work with many other local partners to provide end-to-end solutions for your event. Five hotels are within 800 yards of Curate, meaning less than a 1/2 mile walk from each of them. Salisbury House & Gardens is a wedding venue and museum situated in Des Moines, Iowa. Iris Aisle is a Victorian greenhouse that sits amongst our cedar grove in Madison County, Iowa. In 1972, 70-year-old Ben Vanderhook tore down old barns in Mahaska County and surrounding counties to create our beautiful barn, located a stone’s throw south of Oskaloosa, Iowa. The 3½ acre property includes a 147×46×60 Quonset hut barn, open fields as well as mature shade trees. Debbie’s Celebration Barn is one of the most extraordinary and romantic settings for a Midwest wedding or special event. The event space in the barn is spacious with many options for originality to fit your occasion.
