The site of Risley Landing Gardens was held by the Risley family for over 100 years. In 1983, it was donated to the Oak Grove Garden Club by Hugh G. Starkweather (the grandson of Jacob S. Risley) and William Starkweather. William was the son of Harvey Starkweather, a prominent legislator and educator. Mr. Starkweather wanted the site to be a memorial park in honor of his mother and sisters. A bronze plaque dedicated to them is implanted on the wall of the Landing.

The gorgeous golf course backdrop of The Aerie showcases our French chateau-style facility set among majestic oak trees and floral gardens. The stunning panoramic views and sunsets can be enjoyed from the ballroom and outdoor spaces. The Aerie provides a variety of venues for weddings year-round.

We have 3 separate areas to rent from our annex that seats up to 25, covered heated patio seats up to 40, combine the annex/patio to seat up to 60 and then or retro taproom bar in the basement that seats up to 90. Established in 2017. Three Portland beer industry veterans decided to open a brewery. In addition to delicious beer brewed on site we have a large, dog friendly year round beer garden and three awesole food trucks on site! We pride ourselves on being very family friendly!
