Why The Mercantile Our goal is to provide you as the newlyweds, a stress-free + relaxing experience. We offer a fully staffed venue including parking attendants, a day-of venue manager, and other team members to make your day as smooth as possible! When you plan your wedding with us you gain access to our curated inventory to build your centerpieces and other décor at no additional charge! Our team does all of the set-up of tables + chairs including tear down. All we ask is that you gather your personal belongings. Our Vintage Warehouse + Barn Built by The Ohio Farm Bureau to house grain and farm materials in the early 1960's. This historic warehouse is located on 3-acres complete with string lights + French inspired chandeliers.

Our modernly equipped wedding and event venue is centered in the beautiful setting of the rural farmlands of Madison County. Specializing in weddings and receptions, we provide a very private location. The venue rate includes tables and chairs and placement of your table layout and set up of the outdoor cereomy chairs. We offer a variety of space both indoors and outdoors for any momentous occasion, and the perfect wedding venue. Indoor seating of 180 in our air conditioned and heated venue. Our expansive outdoor space provides both an open meadow and shaded wooded space. Step off of the back porch into a serene setting with mature oak trees overlooking a meadow and the surrounding farmland of Madison County. The Retreat at Evans Farms is a beautiful, lush 700 acre farm located between Springfield and Dayton with a little over an hour drive from Columbus and Cincinnati, Ohio. We can offer tents to accommodate up to 200 guests. Our beautiful park also offers smaller venues for more intimate affairs! We are booking dates through 2024.

The Warren County Fairgrounds has a rich history of agricultural exhibitions and community events over 160 years. As we move forward with the redevelopment of the Grounds, we hope to preserve this heritage while building a dynamic future that will allow future generations to create and enjoy memories not only of the County Fair but of numerous special events and celebrations year-round. Our space features over 100 year old trees, a beautiful pond, cows, and a grouping of apple trees. This bridal suite was designed by the owner's father, who is the 'artist' behind our name, and all of the paintings within the bridal suite were made by him. We work with an amazing tent company that can provide a covered reception, which is recommended.

The Shepard Place is a rustic wedding venue located in Casstown, OH. This historic venue was built in 1920 and was run by the Shepard family for 90 years.
