The stone barn is heated and air conditioned to allow for use year-round, and provides beautiful views of the well-maintained grounds. The property also has a cottage and bridal suite for the wedding party to prepare before the wedding day begins. The gorgeous outdoor scenery provides the perfect backdrop for outdoor ceremonies. Indoor ceremonies can be held at the Wedding Chapel, a mid 19th century church - renovated and temperature controlled. The chapel is also available for receptions.

The venue itself is stunning - the beautiful grounds and barn provided a gorgeous backdrop for our special day. “We used the General Potter Farm for our wedding May 4th, 2024 and it was amazing! They have a ton of outdoor ceremony options, but it rained on our wedding day but we were in luck as the GPF has an indoor option. They also have a large getting ready space for the bride and bridal party. I also recommend staying in the farmhouse (though it is an additional cost). It made things so much easier for us being on the property (also - rent the golfcart)! Keep in mind- they do not have tables or chairs so you will need to rent them elsewhere. We did not understand this when we first booked and got hit with a large rental fee a few months prior to the wedding. Yikes! Binky and Deb are so helpful and amazing to work with and are very easy going. I definitely recommend the GPF!”
