We had such an amazing wedding at The Oliver Building. Having the venue for the whole weekend made our weekend run so smoothly. We had our rehearsal Friday night, and brought everything over so we didn’t need to deal with it Saturday. Then got ready in the amazing upstairs suites Saturday morning. We had a great time, and Caitlin was so easy to work with! The only reason I took a star off is that we had some issues with the bar. We made it clear from the start that we wanted to prioritize the bar, and didn’t want long lines. Because of that, they said we would have 3 bartenders, and would batch some of our signature cocktails. Unfortunately, we only had two bartenders, despite giving tips for 3, and there were no cocktails batched. We did have a pretty long line at our bar most of the night because of this. All in all, it was an amazing venue for our wedding!!

Our space can host 150 seated and 200 people total.

I had my baby shower here, it was wonderful! The space is open and inviting, and huge! The tall ceilings and giant windows really make it a beautiful venue. We had more than enough room and even set up different areas for seating, food and drinks, presents ,multiple photo opt areas, and activities for the kids . They also supplied all the tables and chairs , so we didn’t have to load and move those in and out! All together this place was really just perfect ! Having the communication and big space really just made my day feel super easy and took away so much stress! Marina the owner was so sweet and helpful throughout everything!!!!

White Iron Ridge Venue was the perfect location for our special day. The communication with the venue staff leading up to our wedding was very quick and efficient, which we greatly appreciated during the hectic planning process. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and magnificent - the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. On the day-of, the staff worked diligently and carefully to flip the room from the ceremony set up to the reception decor in a very short period of time. All of the vendors were polite, professional, and eager to assist us in any way possible. We could not have asked for a better venue or team to host our wedding - everything was handled smoothly and the gorgeous mountain venue provided the ideal atmosphere to celebrate our marriage with friends and family.

The space was super gorgeous. And everything ran smoothly and with grace. They were helpful months before to make sure everything ran with grace. The workers were nice and proactive. Our slideshow was lost and was only on two of the three tvs. The coordinator stayed in her office most of the day and did not come to check in to make sure no one needed anything. Overall the day was gorgeous and I would pick there again. Thank you for making my day so pretty!

Although dogs aren't normally allowed, they made sure my furry baby didn't overheat while we waited for the ceremony. I just absolutely love this venue and this team - planning a wedding is extremely stressful, but I would do it all over again with The Pavilion Event Space.

02/18/2023 will forever hold a special place in our hearts and because of The English Barn, that date will forever hold special memories and feelings. The Howe’s and their team truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day ideas come to life! We love the renaissance era but are also quite modern in our style and The English Barn was a perfect combination for our vision. They worked with our budget and made us feel comfortable and knowledgeable through each step of the wedding planning process. When beginning our venue search, we were sticker shocked and began making a list of items included in each venue’s price. The price that you pay for The English Barn is practically all included and save you thousands in the long run! We were able to choose our own vendors, but a list was provided to us if we needed recommendations, and it helped design the day to showcase our love for one another and our love story. The English Barn holds many dear memories for our family. We knew we were eventually going get engaged/married and we began to worry about not have a venue that we absolutely love in time for a 2023 wedding. Therefore, we secured our top choice, The English Barn, prior to even becoming engaged. We went to The English Barn for a planning meeting, and we took a tour of the venue, and my husband completely surprised me by proposing on the bridge of our wedding venue. Him and Jane planned it all out in secret and it was truly a success because I did not see it coming! Another wonderful memory that we were able to have here was my Bridal Shower. Jane and my MOH worked together to have my Bridal Shower at the venue and the details were flawless. This just goes to show that not only does The English Barn have amazing weddings, but all types of events and memories can be made there! Jane helped with the details, large and small, all to make the day(s) exactly what a girl dreams of growing up. I was blessed with my prince charming and my dream wedding fit for a princess! With a short engagement and a tight budget, we were having a hard time finding a venue. On a whim, I randomly found Community Courtyard. Little did I know it has been a town staple in Plattsburg, MO for 20 years as an event space. The building itself is very historical, dating back to the 1800's. This building is a non-profit and runs as a food bank throughout the week, so you know your money is going to a good cause. They came at very reasonable price (about 70% lower than most places we looked at). Not only that but we got a lot of bang for our buck. They had decor we could use, a sound system, a cute bridal suite, they tore everything down for us for a small fee, and were super flexible with scheduling. It also holds a lot of guests and has ample kitchen space on both floors. I would recommend this venue to anyone!
