Owners Leonard, Kathleen, and Dean Cefalo purchased the former Christ United Presbyterian Church and completely redesigned and renovated the over century old stone structure. The acoustically friendly main room sets the perfect stage for cocktail hour. The exclusive VIP loft oversees the stage and lounge. The banquet room is completely separate from the main club, allowing guests to have an intimate dining experience. ​We specialize in wedding receptions and corporate functions. Magnolia Spring Farm is a historic 80-acre family-owned flower farm. Onsite there is its namesake fresh-flowing spring along with hilltop pastures, flower fields and wooded coves. An industrial space, the farm is a blank slate to work with so that your wedding vision can come to life. Seat up to 175 guests inside the barn across the two levels. Or host your event on the outdoor patio, under the Sycamore tree with a gorgeous fireplace view. Renovated restrooms and a catering prep kitchen are located inside on the lower level. The historic farmhouse is also included in your rental- the main house is 4br/2bth (clawfoot tub!) and includes a makeup bar room, hairstyling room and full kitchen. Alla Famiglia was started in 1997. Another fine Italian restaurant created from the mind of David Ayn. In 2005, Ayn approached a young & ambitious chef Jonathan Vlasic to purchase the 8-table restaurant from him. Mr. Vlasic was a perfect fit to receive the baton and move the restaurant into a new future. Alla Famiglia has evolved into a restaurant which is a representation of the years of formal culinary training of Mr.Vlasic and his family of Roman&Emilia descent. The result was an eatery of superior quality with disciplined technique, vivid imagination, and passion for perfection. Through the next 14 years, the restaurant evolves, expands and stretches its footprint to accommodate its increasing popularity and growing demand. In 2014, Mr. Vlasic decides to purchase the property adjacent to the restaurant and bring his vision to a full circle. “Il Teatro” is born in the winter of 2017. It is now reinvented into its original depression art deco-era for Alla Famiglia guests to enjoy.

Beaver Station Cultural & Event Center is a one-of-a-kind wedding venue in Beaver, PA. It is a former Pittsburgh & Lake Erie passenger station built in 1897 that was lovingly restored by the Beaver Area Heritage Foundation. Now, it sets the stage for an unforgettable wedding celebration, with most of its original details remaining intact. The venue is also 15 minutes from the Pittsburgh International Airport. The property features a gorgeous Event Room and a covered Trackside Courtyard to accommodate 200 guests. Ceremonies at Beaver Station Cultural & Event Center are held outside in the Belvedere, surrounded by beautiful gardens. Here, you can exchange your vows among colorful blooms. In addition, the venue features a bridal suite that welcomes your bridal party to a private area to prepare for the ceremony. Pictures following the ceremony are taken all over the campus, which includes extensive gardens and a log house.
