The Kahler Grand offers the historically preserved Elizabethan Ballroom and the modern, space-flexible Heritage Hall; as well as smaller rooms which can accommodate groups of 10 to 450 guests. Our prominent Marriott Ballroom is one of Rochester’s most modern reception venues and is a marvelous location for of up to 250 guests. It is easily accessible next to a parking garage and connected by a skyway that overlooks Peace Plaza.

With the open floor plan and the atmosphere of an east coast art gallery, tables and chairs can be set up for whatever needs your event might have. Studio324 can host approximately 80 people for a sit down meal using round dinner tables or closer to 110 with a more informal cocktail set up. A projector and sound system are also available for rent to keep the ideas flowing. The rental rate for the studio is $850 (Fri-Sat) or $650 (Sun-Thur) for up to six hours of time. Established in 1927 and on the National Historic Register, the Lowell Inn offers 23 beautifully restored, private romantic guest rooms featuring today’s amenities, and 12 contemporary rooms in the new annex. The Lowell Inn also features a banquet hall as well as event rooms for smaller events.
