Welcome to Maidenwood! Nestled in the wooded bluffs between Maiden Rock and Stockholm, Wisconsin, Maidenwood is a wedding and event center that sits on a 40 acre nature reserve overlooking Lake Pepin of the Mississippi River. Just one hour from the Twin Cities, Rochester, and Eau Claire, Maidenwood is an idyllic setting for your event. With stunning views of woodland forests, wildflower meadows, bluffs and ridges, Maidenwood offers exclusive amenities for up to 200 guests and the freedom to roam throughout the property to capture the perfect photos for your big day.

Could not recommend more!
We chose Maidenwood for our wedding back in August and could not have picked a better venue! We and our guests were very impressed with the beauty of the venue and Steve's experience in the wedding industry. Our ceremony was under the pines, our cocktail hour was in the glass pavilion, and our reception was in the white barn. We loved the expansive bridal suite and the fun groom's space, which made our getting ready time very memorable. Steve was also very accommodating for my sister, who has special needs, to ensure she had what she needed to have a positive experience. Highly recommend!
Wedding venue review
Jordan and I had the dreamiest fall wedding day, getting married at Maidenwood. Working with Steve and Jana was so easy and they made us feel excited for our big day after every meeting. Steve was so accommodating, driving us around to get from places across the property. He even came and found me as we were about to take off on our party bus and thanked us for getting married there and to wish us well! They really make you feel like family. Best day of our lives, all thanks to Maidenwood!!
Bride
Maidenwood was the perfect venue for our wedding! From the moment we reached out, the team there was quick to respond, thorough in their communication, and incredibly friendly. The venue itself was beautiful, clean, and absolutely adorable - exactly the cozy, charming vibe we were going for. Steve, the owner, also served as our DJ and kept the dance going all night. Our coordinator Jana was great to work with, ensuring the entire day ran smoothly and that all of our requests were fulfilled. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we're so grateful to the Maidenwood team for helping make our special day so perfect.
An absolute dream venue!
Maidenwood was the absolute BEST venue we could have ever dreamed of for our wedding. Where to even begin!? Steve, Jana, and the rest of the crew are just the nicest people you will ever meet, and they made the entire process so easy from the first info call to the last song. We felt assured we were in good hands the entire time, and the confidence continued throughout the day as they seamlessly followed the timeline and made sure everything was exactly what we had planned. In addition to the amazing people, the property and buildings are truly breathtaking. It’s the perfect blend of outdoorsy, elegant, adventurous, modern, and cozy. It’s clear how much thought and effort they have put in to already create an amazing backdrop that we didn’t feel stressed with decorating at all. Every space speaks for itself and emphasizes the beautiful nature that is all around. With that, we really appreciated the freedom to make the spaces our own and include unique elements that felt true to who we are as a couple. We got to be creative with vendors, photo spots, ceremony locations, getting ready, and other optional amenities that contributed to it feeling like our own property for the day! We also highly recommend Steve’s business Trustworthy Music for a DJ. Steve added so much energy and kept our guests on the dance floor the entire time. We also highly recommend Jana for a day of coordinator. She is so knowledgeable, a blast to work with, and went above and beyond checking on us and our guests throughout the wedding. We truly could go on and on about how grateful we are to have found Maidenwood for our day (and have been for the past 3 weeks!). Thank you for everything!! - Lauren & Kevin
