Stephanie's example galleries showed me just how amazing her true-to-color, professional-quality photographs are. After opening our communication with her, it was a no brainer to sign her on! Since even before signing the contract, she has been so communicative and flexible. She creates insanely-detailed timelines and cares to note all of the important names for family photos and portraits. No stone goes unturned when it comes to her attention to detail, and as a fellow Type-A person, I highly valued that quality. My wedding gallery is also proof of this. So many moments and details of the wedding that my husband and I may have missed or were not present for were captured and included. It was a nice surprise for us when we initially opened our gallery. Stephanie also works very well alongside other vendors. I had a videographer on site who partnered up with her for the entirety of the day. They did a phenomenal job balancing out photo and video coverage and got along with our guests great! When we got our photos back, you could tell hard work and editing went into each one. So much emotion and movement were captured in such a way that allows us to relive our big day every time we look through them. I cannot recommend Stephanie enough for photos. “Where to start, where to start… There are just so many good things I can say. Working with Adam was so refreshing, effortless, and fun! I’ll break down my review in a couple different areas. 1. Professional, but never stiff – Adam is a joy to work with. He has perfected the balance between professional but still lighthearted and fun. It’s all about the photos and the process, but yes, we will gab about Dungeons & Dragons in between photos. I felt the ease and comfort of working with a close friend, but the confidence and assurance of working with a seasoned professional. As someone who can be awkward in photos, this made all the difference, and I was able to relax and enjoy the wedding and know that I’m going to get good photos. 2. Personable – Again, I felt like I was working with a friend, but never in a way that I felt I wasn’t getting professional services. We can laugh, joke, and then discuss timelines and money in the same breath without issue. He took the time to get to know me and my wife and really cater our engagement session to represent us. We did a Dungeons & Dragons theme and it was so fun, especially because he totally understands and plays the game as well so it was great to geek out about it and get some fantastic photos. But you can easily tell he was genuinely interested in us and making this a perfect experience for us, not putting us into a mold that worked best for him. 3. Technical Ability – the photos really speak for themselves and his technical ability. His use of lighting, angles, focus, and catching those candid moments is amazing. You can just tell that he knows his way around his equipment and had created a seamless process for capturing an event. It really was seamless – while I was catching up with friends at the wedding, he’s setting up a photo station for those staged, family photos. He ushered all us in, got us set up, knocked out the photos, and then tore everything down and was back to the ceremony before I even realized I wanted him to get a photo of something else. I had the thought of “Oh, I want to get this” and boom, he’s already there. He had great ideas for photos, too, which was super helpful as I’m not really creative that way. As someone who needs a bit more direction in how to pose and facial expressions, Adam has a gentle, polite manner. But the fact that he took the time to say, “Hey, can you lift your chin a little?” or “Can you relax your shoulders just a tad?” was comforting because it shows he’s looking at the whole picture and thinking about how the client will feel about how they look in the picture. The little things that maybe seem “picky” or not “that important” can make all the difference, and he makes sure that the person in the photo is going to be their most flattering selves. So, yeah, 5/5 stars, thumbs up, would 100% recommend. Prices are fair and payment systems worked really well for us. I never felt like I would be cheated out of anything. I definitely got my money’s worth and then some. Turn-around time for photos was spot-on. I got married on 2/28/2021, and got a sneak-peek a few days later with polished, sharp, amazing photos.”

“Heather and Arnaud are truly THE BEST! I saw her bright, gorgeous photos on a Louisville Wedding Forum when I started planning and I was floored when she said she was available and would to travel to Colorado for us! From the moment we ran into them the day before the wedding at a brewery, they felt like old friends. Heather didn't hesitate to come sit with our group when we invited her over and she was so fun, we asked her and Arnaud to come to our group dinner that night. They showed up and were immediately friends with everyone. One thing I learned quickly about Heather and Arnaud was that they will adapt to any situation they are in, and you can't scare them away! Heather and Arnaud made the entire experience warm, comfortable, and stress free. Heather went above and beyond in every way imaginable. There were so many moments when I felt overwhelmed because of running late, or when I forgot my bouquet or when someone was already getting married at our originally planned elopement spot, so I asked her to just step in and take charge and that is exactly what she did. She continuously reassured me not to worry about the time, she picked the perfect wedding spot, and after our ceremony, she even climbed through the bushes and created an arrangement from nearby foliage that matched the setting perfectly! Throughout the day, Heather and Arnaud paid attention to every little thing, ensuring each guest was beautifully captured in photos, which was a special request of mine. She always made sure my hair was in place, provided lip gloss when I needed it, and directed us on all the perfect spots to go for photos, even though she had never even been to that location before. Heather had already asked thoughtful questions before the wedding, so she knew exactly what we wanted. The photos were better than anything I could have ever imagined, capturing not only the big moments but all the small, intimate ones that made the day and trip so special. Everyone we have run into since posting the photos online has been gushing about how insanely beautiful they are! There was another elopement photographer couple that I had followed on social media for years, hoping one day I would be able to afford their outrageous prices to hire them for our wedding. However looking back and comparing the two, I would choose Heather and Arnaud's photos and style a million times before I would choose the other photographers now. We feel so incredibly lucky to have found these two and I couldn't recommend them enough, especially if you want to travel and do something different than the traditional stuffy wedding. They are so fun, experts at what they do, and they will make whatever your vision is happen!”
