Nazareth Hall is known throughout the region as a banquet and wedding facility, but it’s the rich history and lush setting that draws people here. Built in 1927 as an all-boy Catholic boarding school. It eventually evolved into a renowned military school for boys. Throughout its history the school stayed true to its Catholic roots and the nuns who served and taught here. Operating until 1982 the stories written within its walls are still told today. Re-emerging with a new mission and purpose in April of 1991, Nazareth Hall was reborn. It is in this picturesque place, reminiscent of castles of old, that brides come to be married and celebrate with family and friends in grand ballrooms. The classrooms and meeting spaces offer the perfect vintage background for business training sessions, and the manicured lawns have been host to numerous parties and festivities.

This remarkable 1930’s gem serves up to 300 guests for a wedding and reception. Greenfield Village – if your dream wedding is traditional, yet unique and timeless, you’ll love Greenfield Village. Martha Mary Chapel is a New England Style Chapel perfect for the Ceremony. Followed by a candle lit dinner in Eagle Tavern. Serves up to 135 guests for a wedding reception.

For your special day, plan a wedding made by nature. Set your wedding outdoors in one of our formal gardens or spaces, or indoors amid the lush tropical setting of the Conservatory. We offer seven distinct spaces, including a fragrant Herb Knot Garden, colorful Perennial Garden, the serene and intimate Willow Pond Island, or the summer-blooming Gateway Garden. All outdoor weddings include an indoor backup space in case of inclement weather.

Located on the corner of Warren Ave. and John R St. in Midtown, the Michigan Science Center is one of several nonprofit organizations in Detroit’s cultural district. With live stage shows, an IMAX® Dome, a 4D theater, a Planetarium, an 8,700 square foot special exhibit hall, and 220+ interactive exhibits, the Science Center has a lot to offer children and adults alike. We are always looking to host new and exciting events! From strolling tastes to seated dining, our preferred caterers can do it all. Events can start with appetizers and open bar then flow into our Lunar Gallery for a meal amongst the rocket ships. Clients work directly with the caterer for food choice and payment. The Fisher has rightfully been deemed “Detroit’s largest art object”. You are able to host your event within the grand lobby of the iconic Fisher Building with scale-able accommodations available, from the most intimate sizes to 600+ strolling throughout the North & West wings. The Ford Piquette Avenue Plant Museum is an ideal location for weddings, anniversaries, corporate events, or any occasion that can be made even more special by hosting it in a U.S. National Historic Landmark. Docents are available to help your guests experience the rich history of the birthplace of the Model T, the car that put the world on wheels. We work with preferred vendors for catering to make your event exceptional.
