A venue perfect for all seasons, our Sperry tent provides full outdoor coverage from April until late October for up to 350 guests. Our parties enjoy choices for breathtaking outdoor settings, such as our patio, tent, second-story deck, or even our expansive and shady lawn. The elegant design of our manor house estate gives our spaces seamless scalability for any type of event. For cozy family or smaller gatherings, our pub and parlor rooms provide exclusivity and intimacy with the beauty of open space and architecture surrounding it.

Couples can host a gorgeous outside ceremony on the concrete patio, or opt for a covered pavilion ceremony. The pavilion is open on three sides to bring the beautiful scenery indoors, but the sides and barn-style doors can be closed in the event of inclement weather. Inside the pavilion, lighting is provided by lanterns and chandeliers, and a large hand-crafted fireplace takes spotlight, with rocks from the farm incorporated into its design. The outdoor patio is attached to the pavilion, creating an extra space that can be used for a ceremony, reception area, or dance floor. A second pavilion was completed in 2018 to provide reception space that is separate from the ceremony site, but within close proximity. This pavilion is completely enclosed and offers a gas fireplace as well as lanterns and chandeliers for lighting. As wedding guests arrive, wedding parties can use the bridal suite to get ready.
