Robin at Welsh Run Farm is always a pleasure to work with and her wedding venue is just lovely! Robin is easygoing and professional and will make you and your whole crew feel very welcome. Anyone planning a wedding knows you have a LOT of contact with your venue prior to the event. She will go out of her way to exceed all your expectations and then some! The venue is easy to navigate and will keep the wedding nice and intimate. It has lovely views of the horses located on the property. The ceremony site is adorable with the house and white picket fence as your backdrop. The bridal suite is nicely done with ample space as well as a small kitchen and full bath! It is the perfect spot for your small wedding or event!

Your reservation includes thirteen hours from start to finish.

Client cancels the event more than one year prior to the event, Client shall forfeit to Welsh Run Farm one-half (1/2) of deposit. Client cancels the event less than one year but not more than six months prior to the event, Client shall forfeit to Welsh Run Farm the entire deposit. Client cancels the event less than three (3) months prior to the event, Client shall forfeit to Welsh Run Farm the entire rental fee. Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 40 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount.

Our venue is 10 miles away from the Charlottesville/Albemarle Airport in Charlottesville, VA, You can reach our venue by rental car or taxi.

Our venue is fully insured, however, you will also need to obtain your own insurance.
